The Sancroft Barns

We couldn’t have found a better place to have our wedding celebration. Jeremy, Rachael, and their team were unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. There was ample room for our guests, a self-contained catering tent and kitchen, along with more than enough room for a stage, band and dancefloor inside. The surrounding grounds and barn itself are beautiful, which provided an amazing backdrop in wedding photos. We couldn’t recommend this venue more! Thank you Jeremy & Rachael!

10/10 Tom and I got married at Sancroft this year and it was perfect! From start to finish Jeremy and Rachel were incredibly helpful. No random request was too much work (even when Tom suggested he might sky dive into the wedding!) and they were easily contactable. They were full of local recommendations for food/drink/accommodation. You can really sense their enthusiasm for other peoples happiness, treating you as individual not just a client. It was a really nice touch having them around for the celebrations, mixing with our guests and generally having fun! The venue was beautiful; great balance of indoor and outdoor space - exactly what we wanted! We were really lucky with the weather but even if the heavens had opened, it would have still been gorgeous. We highly recommend Sancroft Barns, whatever your occasion!

Our wedding at Sancroft barns was so amazing, such a beautiful venue and our day was just perfect. Jeremy and Rachael and the family were brilliant and made the day and process absolutely seemless, they couldn't do enough to help out wherever possible. Also the lead up to the wedding was fantastic from allowing you to view the barn for ideas to instantly answering many questions we threw at them.The hire companies they also suggest to use,for us,were brilliant and between sancroft and said companies made hiring and getting everything there,as and when very easy.Most of which was there ready and waiting for us before we even knew it as they keep in contact with sancroft as well as us. Somehow they made it feel like the most laid back day going, (probably wasn't for them),which I expect alot of couples getting married can't say and everything flowed exactly as we hoped. Wow! There are places to get married then there is this place! As their first wedding band we were treated with such respect and consideration at a beautiful wedding! Jeremy was attentive and couldn’t do enough for us! We had the easiest load in with separate parking making set up and pack down a breeze! The comms between us and the venue staff was fabulous. A real team effort to give the bride and groom the best experience possible! As a fledgling business I was SUPER impressed!

We planned our wedding party at the Sancroft Barns (which we’d had to postpone numerous times due to covid) from Bangkok without having visited the venue, which could have turned out to be a complete disaster! But our experience couldn’t have been further from it. The barn is beautifully restored in gorgeous rural Suffolk but the best thing about it is Jeremy, Rachel and their team. They couldn’t have been more helpful, flexible or accommodating right from the first enquiry I sent to them. They were completely unflappable on the day of the event when storm Anthony hit - we were camping in bell tents at the venue and they offered us their guest room inside the farmhouse to get ready, met our guests with umbrellas in the car park, had a basket of towels ready and really had everything covered too in terms of a wet weather plan. We really felt that they bought into the spirit of our party too and helped make it a brilliant afternoon and evening. I wholeheartedly recommend the venue, especially if you want to avoid the cookie cutter wedding venue conveyer belt - they are the opposite of this but still utterly reliable and professional. We’ll be forever grateful to them for hosting our wedding party and ensuring it was just as we wanted.

We had been looking about for a barn venue for ages and we were recommended Sancroft Barns. As soon as we saw the venue we booked straight away as we both fell in love with the rustic barn look. Jeremy & Rachel were amazing and we couldn’t have been happier with what they did for us. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone loved the barn. We loved the way we were able to plan our wedding in the amazing barn just how we liked it. A day we will never forget and we thank you for helping make it a special day for everyone.
