When you book with us, the whole venue becomes exclusively yours. Whether you're planning a small or large wedding reception, our barn comfortably accommodates anywhere from 20 to 180 seated wedding guests. It's a flexible space and you can decorate it to match your vision, adding that personal touch to your big day.
In terms of your wedding food, we work with four amazing caterers that you can choose from for your wedding breakfast. These teams are pros, offering everything from traditional three course dining, to elegant afternoon teas, mouthwatering BBQs, sharing platters and more. As for drinks, we've got a licensed bar, evening snacks, and some fabulous drink packages for your guests.
Throughout the year, our underfloor heating keeps things cosy, and with our impressive A Rating EPC our venue is almost carbon-neutral - reflecting our commitment to an eco-friendly celebration.
We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Farmhouse accommodation, which has 8 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, including a beautiful, private honeymoon suite for the wedding couple.
We offer various access options to help make your experience convenient and stress-free, such as weekend wedding bookings and two-day rentals. You'll have access to a private dressing room, a dedicated wedding preparation area complete with a light breakfast, all overseen by our committed event manager, ensuring meticulous attention to every detail.

Conveniently located near Ipswich and major roads (A12 and A14), Copdock Hall is easily accessible from London, Essex, and wider East Anglia. Additionally, a nearby mainline station offers excellent connections to London and Stansted Airport within just 40 minutes.
Need directions? Google maps is usually best for directions but we are really close to access roads and we have a brown tourist sign making Copdock Hall very easy to find for your wedding guests.
