On your wedding day, our staff will be waiting to welcome you to The Queens Hotel. Weather permitting, your receiving line and drinks reception will be held in our attractive gardens. The setting is ideal for photographs, which can be taken on the elegant steps leading up to our beautiful building.
The Queens Hotel has a range of function suites, and our experienced events team are only too happy to discuss your room layout preferences and offer advice, should you require it. Every care is taken to ensure the room looks perfect and has the right ambience from the moment you enter. We can even arrange for beautiful chair covers to co-ordinate with your colour scheme.
The Elizabeth Room: A wonderfully elegant room with a glittering golden ceiling that sparkles from the light of the chandeliers, this majestic setting provides the perfect backdrop for capturing memories of your special day. In all its Edwardian splendour, this spacious, light and airy room can host every element of your wedding, from the ceremony through to the evening reception. It overlooks the garden, has its own private bar and dance floor and can cater for up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests for an evening reception. The minimum number is 60 adults.
The Windsor Room: A delightful space with its own private entrance, the Windsor Room is part of a cosy suite of rooms with access to the garden. With its own lobby and private bar, your guests will love the intimacy and style the room offers.
The Victoria Room: This room makes a real statement with its dramatic wood panelling and mid-century styling. Accessed via its own private entrance and cosy lobby with private bar, the Victoria Room will provide the perfect setting for an intimate gathering.
Libby's Room: Full of character and charm with its warm wooden panelling, marble pillars and high ceilings, Libby’s Room is the perfect setting for a more intimate wedding breakfast and evening reception.
