Bursting with charm, the classic barn is the perfect setting for your ceremony. The barn boasts the original features of high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and wrought iron chandeliers. These rustic characteristics, paired with twinkling fairy lights, create an enchanting atmosphere for your celebration. Following the ceremony, the barn is the perfect space for your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations of drinking and dancing.

Beautiful venue but a few disappointments
Clock Barn is a beautiful venue and the staff were lovely on the day. They let us put up our own bunting and our dog could come for the ceremony which was great, however there were a few things that left us disappointed with the venue.
The first issue we had was the trouble we had when we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid - we weren’t given the choice of a suitable date, moving a bank holiday Sunday to a Sunday in April and not refunding us the difference in price (~£3,000). We had reschedule again to August the year after and the venue had taken a much fairer approach, but the stance they originally took in 2020 is hard to forgive. We understand that as a business you need to remain profitable, but the lack of willingness to work with us tarnished our opinion of the management.
Secondly, the standards of their catering have dropped since we chose the venue in 2019. One of the reasons we chose Clock Barn was because of their amazing catering through Galloping Gourmet, but the quality of food and drink on the day did not live up to this. We weren’t informed of cocktail station changes (we would not have had the martini station had we known the espresso martinis couldn’t be supplied), and the starters and main courses were not cooked to the standard we were paying for. The pizza in the evening however was fantastic.
Overall we still had an amazing day and we’d like to thank Molly and the waiting staff for their excellent service.

Clock barn made our wedding day so special and perfect. We could not have asked for a better service! The food was SPECTACULAR!! The staff are so friendly, and willing to do anything for you. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The catering team were fantastic and helped us out with so much. We visited as many times as we needed and emails kept us up to date with everything.

As a dedicated wedding venue...
As a dedicated wedding venue, they are very good at what they do. Their list of recommended suppliers is extensive and local knowledge is good.
They give good advice for wedding day do's and dont's, yet are open to your thoughts and ideas and how to make them work. They obviously love what they do and there is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone etc. Crucially, they also give 'good to know' advice for questions you didn't even realise you had!

The clock barn...
The clock barn and its team were magical. They were so helpful, polite, useful and willing to help in any way possible (esp as we'd never organised a wedding before). Our day was superb, faultless and definitely one to remember forever! The venue is stunning, very clean, warm, in great condition and has a lovely atmosphere. There wasnt anything that the team wouldnt do for us. Food was AWESOME and the package as a whole was spot on! We cant thank them enough for everything!
