- SSusan22/11/2023Quirky VenueQuirky VenueThis quirky room was used as a wedding reception venue, and I have to say it was really nice. The venue obviously supplied the tables and chairs, bar, food and staff and it was up to the hirers to decorate the room and tables and from what I gathered , brought in most of their own things.. it was exceptional! a fabulous time was had by all ..! no complaints. On behalf of all of us, thank you!This quirky room was used as a wedding reception venue, and I have to say it was really nice. Lots of changes had to be made due to Covid but it was better than we could have ever imagined. Food and drink was the best and staff really friendly. - AAli22/11/2023Everything was in safe handsEverything was in safe handsYou have been wonderful to deal with Faye, so thoughtful, professional, on the ball with every detail, proactive, nothing was too much trouble and it really made the whole experience a joy knowing we could just relax because everything was in safe hands. I can honestly say it was not in the slightest bit stressful, which I wasn’t expecting with such a big day. All of our friends said how delicious the food was, how amazing the venue was and what a brilliant time they had. You have been wonderful to deal with Faye, so thoughtful, professional, on the ball with every detail, proactive, nothing was too much trouble and it really made the whole experience a joy knowing we could just relax because everything was in safe hands. Everyone in your team that we dealt with along the way from first coming to see and book Camm & Hooper to your planning, to the waiting and bar staff on the day, to the security guy trying to help us find a taxi home (our DJ gave us a lift in the end 🤣) was absolutely lovely - and the thing that stood out most was everyone being so proactive and going the extra mile at every point. As I said in the speech, we absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from start to finish. Without exception they have all praised your venue, in particular the quality of the food and the attention to detail and excellence of your staff. On a personal leveI was very impressed with the friendly attentiveness from staff I spoke to from managers down to waiters and security staff.Whilst I am sure the bride and groom have already expressed their thanks (well I hope they have, though they are still on honeymoon).
