We want to ensure that every moment of your big day is a memorable one. That’s why we are here to assist with all the details of your event, however small. As well as hosting receptions, we can also arrange for you to hold your ceremony within the hotel as we have a licence to conduct services in any of our banqueting suites. WEDDING PLANNING We assign each couple a dedicated wedding specialist who will work with you to create the day of your dreams. From arranging timings to catering, flowers to linen, we can take the strain out of planning. CATERING We can provide all manner of cuisine for your big day. From canapés to desserts, a lavish buffet to a sit-down dinner, we have the experience and ideas to create your perfect menu. Our sommelier can offer advice on the best drinks to complement your chosen menu. PERFECT TOUCHES We enjoy established relationships with a number of external suppliers and will be happy to recommend everything from photographers to wedding stationery and cakes. Our talented in-house florist is an expert in crafting beautiful arrangements. If you are holding a reception in our stunning ballroom, we can arrange for you to enter through the private Royal Entrance from Hyde Park. If entering from Knightsbridge, we can organise personalised flags with your names or initials to fly over the entrance. TOASTMASTER (SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE) We can arrange for a Toastmaster to assist with the smooth running of your party. He will welcome and introduce guests on arrival, ensure people receive their placement cards at the reception, announce dinner, announce the arrival of the bride and groom and introduce the speeches. WEDDINGS & HONEYMOONS BY MANDARIN ORIENTAL With Weddings and Honeymoons by Mandarin Oriental, couples who wed at our hotel's ballroom receive a complimentary honeymoon night and other special benefits at another Mandarin Oriental hotel in the Group.

Impeccable and very professional from first day
My husband Thomas and I got married at the Mandarin Oriental last Saturday and I wanted to pass on some feedback regarding the experience we had from the London team. First of all I want to say a massive thank you to the team lead by Catherine (copied). Catherine was impeccable and very professional from the first day. Her attention to detail and competency was excellent and we could not have been happier! The wider team from the operations/catering team to the waiters were also amazing, they made the experience that much more special. We look forward to coming back again in the future - our guests also had such a wonderful time that I’m sure they will want to too!

You really went above and beyond
We got married at the Mandarina Oriental Hype Park on 26/06/2022. It was a perfect and memorable day in our lives. The day was very well organised and run very smoothly, exceeding our expectations. The venue is stunning, and we felt so lucky to have our wedding there. Every single detail has been thought of. All the guests complimented the venue, first-class service and food which were all amazing. We interacted with Jack in the lead up to the wedding who was very friendly, efficient and helpful throughout. He gave me lots of great ideas of decorating the venue and gave us lots of surprises on the big day. :) We have memories and photos that will last a lifetime and want to thank Jack and everyone else involved for making it such a special day. You really went above and beyond!

Wedding of the century
Do I need to tell you that was the wedding of the century? Do I need to tell you it was everything we wanted? Do I need to tell you you and the team at your hotel are amazing? No I don’t. Catherine, your patient attention, detail and calm encouragement gave us the perfect bedrock for our wonderful day. Whenever we had logistical wobbles, whenever we had questions, you’re always there for us and were very good at adjusting things what we wanted (or telling us that we couldn’t do that - which was just as good!). All the elements of the hotel team pulled together perfectly and in particular we would also like to thank Paul, director of catering, who was so kind and enthusiastic and made time to be with us as well, before during and after. But this was your project and it was just a perfect day and couldn’t have been, wouldn’t have been, without your energy, attention to detail, and experience. We are hugely grateful to you. (Also Graham says thank you so much for the energy bars in the middle of the day – they were the most welcomed!) Thank you once again so much for giving us the wedding of the century. I hope you enjoy your day as much as we enjoyed ours.

Better wedding than the Ritz - modern classic
Staff was incredible and supportive. The prices of the local vendors were expensive but there were plenty of cheaper ones who were willing to travel. The setting was excellent. The food was better at tasting than on the day.

The Gate behind the Hotel that used to be the main entrance to the Hotel in the past. It is now only opened upon receipt special permission and for our special and Royal events. We would be happy to have it open and lay the red carpet for your guests too to make your day even more unique.
