Set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, Swallows Nest Barn is an idyllic and exclusive wedding venue on a family run farm. Bespoke wedding ceremonies, services and wedding receptions are our speciality which we have been providing for many years. With lots of flexibility to create the most special personalised day, including the options of exchanging your vows in our magical woodland, beautiful intimate walled courtyard or strikingly pretty barn brimming with charm. All our wedding parties have a dedicated wedding planner who will guide you through the process of organising your wedding to the highest quality, for a small number or few hundred guests. We can advise you in detail how we will organise your day, making sure that all of your wishes and expectations are met. Please do come and see us - we would love to meet you, discuss your wedding plans and show you this special place. As we are not a hotel or chain, we are very flexible in what we can offer you as a venue and very much enjoy helping couples inject their personalities into their very special day. Food Menus Vary from £69.00 to £89.00 person. Drinks Packages start at £ 32.50 per person. Corkage options available for the reception and wedding breakfast. We offer seasonal, locally sourced, restaurant quality food, prepared on-site by our dedicated caterers, Lemon Zest. Whether you are looking for a traditional 3 course meal or our ever popular feasting menus, BBQ's and sharing boards for a more relaxed feel to your wedding breakfast. We offer total flexibility and are happy to work directly with you to tailor your menu to suit your needs and create fully bespoke menus. We offer a wide selection of evening food, from Pizzas, Toasties, Fish and Chip buckets, through to grazing tables.

My husband Callum and I got married here on the 15th May, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better venue or team to help us celebrate our special day. From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. Every question we had was answered quickly, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt reassured that we were in safe hands throughout the planning process. The lead up to the wedding can be quite overwhelming, but the team made everything feel so organised and stress free. The tasting evening was absolutely fantastic and gave us complete confidence in our menu choices. We also really appreciated all of the meetings beforehand, which allowed us to go through every detail and ensure everything was exactly as we wanted it. It was clear from the start that the team genuinely cared about making our day perfect. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly. We were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment because we knew everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Nadine and her team were simply incredible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness and calm presence throughout the day made such a difference. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything went according to plan, and if there were any issues, we certainly never knew about them! The venue looked absolutely beautiful, the food was outstanding, and so many of our guests commented on how wonderful the entire experience was. We honestly couldn't have wished for a more perfect day. Thank you, Nadine, and the whole team, for helping to create memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We honestly could not have chosen a more perfect wedding venue than Swallows Nest Barn. The whole venue felt so intimate and special, creating exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. We got married in the woodlands, which was absolutely picturesque and made the ceremony feel so magical and unique. The decor was set up exactly how we imagined it — if not even better — and every detail looked incredible. Nadine was amazing throughout the entire process and made sure the whole day ran so smoothly, which meant I could completely relax and enjoy every moment. From start to finish, we had absolutely everything we needed, and the team made us feel so well looked after. The food was excellent and so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. Everyone also kept saying how beautiful the venue was and how perfect the setting felt for a wedding. We cannot thank Swallows Nest Barn enough for making our perfect dream wedding come to life. Right from our first viewing of the venue, we were met with a team of people who clearly love their jobs, and were always willing to go out of their way to accommodate. At every step of the way we were kept up to date and all communication was as responded to promptly. Throughout our planning process Nadine and Ana were amazing, they made no question seem silly and ensures all our wishes were addressed. They were both incredible the whole process, and especially on the big day, they helped the day run so smoothly, meaning there was nothing we had to stress about. From greeting us before our registrar meetings, ensuring my wedding dress train was fluffed out walking down the isle to turning the ceremony room around to our evening reception just the way we imagined it would be, everything went perfectly and all the small touches really went a long way. We choose wood fired as our food options and they were delicious! Having the pizza oven in the courtyard and flavour options went down a treat with our guests, as well as the cocktail bar. Melissa and the team for the evening ensured the day continued to run smoothly and all our guests commented on how friendly and attentive all the staff were. Swallows Nest Barn really was the most perfect place to have our special day, the aesthetics of the venue are stunning, location was ideal and the team really make the experience special. Our wedding day here was perfect! The venue itself is stunning and all the staff are so kind and welcoming, there was fantastic communication right from when we booked until the big day and we felt really confident, in the whole team, that our day would run smoothly with every detail planned as we wanted. From the moment we viewed Swallows Nest, we knew it was the venue for us. The barns are stunning, the grounds a kept and for us the beautiful courtyard was a selling point knowing our little one could run around safely as the courtyard can be closed off! From open days, to tasting evenings - everything was so informative and the staff were always so warm and welcoming. The day it’s self was simply perfect. We would like to thank Natasha who looked after our little one as her own, and Emily who made sure the catering ran like clockwork. It’s the finer details that really made us feel special. The barns truly are stunning, and we had so many complements from our guests about how beautiful the venue is, and we couldn’t agree more. This is the most amazing venue! As much as it is beautiful, the staff are amazing. So kind and helpful! From helping with arrangements, to the catering company, and the little bits in between. Me and my now husband got married here last week, and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff at the venue are so helpful they helped us all the way up to the wedding, throughout the day and even afterwards. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! This is the most amazing venue!
