Set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, Swallows Nest Barn is an idyllic and exclusive wedding venue on a family run farm. Bespoke wedding ceremonies, services and wedding receptions are our speciality which we have been providing for many years. With lots of flexibility to create the most special personalised day, including the options of exchanging your vows in our magical woodland, beautiful intimate walled courtyard or strikingly pretty barn brimming with charm. All our wedding parties have a dedicated wedding planner who will guide you through the process of organising your wedding to the highest quality, for a small number or few hundred guests. We can advise you in detail how we will organise your day, making sure that all of your wishes and expectations are met. Please do come and see us - we would love to meet you, discuss your wedding plans and show you this special place. As we are not a hotel or chain, we are very flexible in what we can offer you as a venue and very much enjoy helping couples inject their personalities into their very special day. Prices vary depending upon the time of year. As every offering is bespoke each quote is personal. Exclusive venue hire, set within the beautiful Warwickshire countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, only 5 minutes from Warwick and junction 15 of the M40. We offer seasonal, locally sourced, restaurant quality food, prepared on-site by our dedicated caterers, Lemon Zest. Whether you are looking for a traditional 3 course meal or our ever popular feasting menus, BBQ's and sharing boards for a more relaxed feel to your wedding breakfast. We offer total flexibility and are happy to work directly with you to tailor your menu to suit your needs and create fully bespoke menus. Clare & Myself could not have been more delighted with our recent Wedding Day & Celebrations at Swallows Nest Barn. It was perfect in EVERY way! Nadine, Melissa and the Swallows Nest Team treated us like Royalty, every single detail was taken care of and they could not do enough to make our Special Day be the most wonderful and memorable experience of our lives!! Swallows Nest Barn itself is located in an idyllic and intimate countryside setting, with it's picturesque country drive, wooded area, fields, nearby stream and courtyard, on approach to the main buildings. The Main Barn itself is stunning, beautifully finished and decorated, accessed via the Main Reception Room, complete with Bar & Dance Floor. Our Wedding was centred, around these two fabulous rooms. We also made good use of the courtyard area for Wedding Reception Canapes, Live Music and Photos, as well as it's adjacent cosy covered outdoor area in the evening, with our Guests enjoying a toasted marshmallow, on the Fire Pit, and an alfresco drink, or two! 🥂 Clare and her Bridesmaids, prepared for their day, in the privacy of the custom built Dressing Room building, with it's very own lawn area! Every aspect of the day was overseen and curated by the wonderful Nadine, who put us at ease from the first moment we met. Swallows Nest Barn is an incredible venue. We visited the venue at one of their open days and booked it the next day. The staff made us feel so welcome and really appreciated what we were looking for. The bridal room was a huge attraction for us as it was great to have all the bridal party getting ready at the venue! The planning process was made so easy, the portal we had access to made everything so easy and Nadine was always so quick to respond to questions and was able to answer everything perfectly. She was brilliant and was amazing at both planning meetings! The venue on the day was incredible, we couldn’t have asked for anymore and we had so many compliments from guests on how nice the venue was as well as the food and drinks. Our perfect dayOur perfect day
I can’t get over how amazing our special day was. From start to finish everyone at swallows nest barn where incredible. They made us feel so comfortable and nothing was to much trouble. We had our ceremony in the woodland which was just magical and all of our guests said how beautiful and different it was. The catering team was also brilliant, everyone loved the food. It was so tasty and all dietary requirements were taken care of with no issues. We set everything up exactly how we wanted it and everything I imagined came to life. Nadine and all the staff were amazing on the day, everything ran smoothly and we were left to enjoy the day. I can’t get over how amazing our special day was. From start to finish everyone at swallows nest barn where incredible. They made us feel so comfortable and nothing was to much trouble. We had our ceremony in the woodland which was just magical and all of our guests said how beautiful and different it was. The catering team was also brilliant, everyone loved the food. From the moment we stepped into Swallows Nest Barn, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. The woodland ceremony space, the main barn, the courtyard and the bar gave us flexibility and options to cover all possibilities when it came to the weather, but also fit our brief for separate spaces for different parts of our day without feeling separate or spreading our guests out too much. The planning process with both Nadine and the Lemon Zest team were super smooth, always able to answer queries and questions right up until our day and allowed us to build a day perfect for us. When it came to our day, we were thankfully able to make use of the beautiful woodland for our ceremony, which amazed all of our guests. We were able to utilise the outdoor space for lawn games, drinks and ice cream during our drinks reception, we also included our dog during this time so that we could have him in pictures and say hi to our guests. The wedding breakfast was so smooth, the food was great (we had the bramble menu, which included barbecue style food served to the table) but were also able to add a charcuterie starter and make the dessert sharing style too! Into the evening, the venue accommodated our band amazingly and helped us to have a sparkler photo with our guests just as the sun was setting too. Nadine and team truly made our day perfect, were able to accommodate anything we asked for and helped us with all of our silly questions along the way. My husband Callum and I got married here on the 15th May, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better venue or team to help us celebrate our special day. From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. Every question we had was answered quickly, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt reassured that we were in safe hands throughout the planning process. The lead up to the wedding can be quite overwhelming, but the team made everything feel so organised and stress free. The tasting evening was absolutely fantastic and gave us complete confidence in our menu choices. We also really appreciated all of the meetings beforehand, which allowed us to go through every detail and ensure everything was exactly as we wanted it. It was clear from the start that the team genuinely cared about making our day perfect. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly. We were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment because we knew everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Nadine and her team were simply incredible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness and calm presence throughout the day made such a difference. We cannot thank Swallows Nest Barn enough for making our perfect dream wedding come to life. Right from our first viewing of the venue, we were met with a team of people who clearly love their jobs, and were always willing to go out of their way to accommodate. At every step of the way we were kept up to date and all communication was as responded to promptly. Throughout our planning process Nadine and Ana were amazing, they made no question seem silly and ensures all our wishes were addressed. They were both incredible the whole process, and especially on the big day, they helped the day run so smoothly, meaning there was nothing we had to stress about. From greeting us before our registrar meetings, ensuring my wedding dress train was fluffed out walking down the isle to turning the ceremony room around to our evening reception just the way we imagined it would be, everything went perfectly and all the small touches really went a long way. We choose wood fired as our food options and they were delicious! Having the pizza oven in the courtyard and flavour options went down a treat with our guests, as well as the cocktail bar. Melissa and the team for the evening ensured the day continued to run smoothly and all our guests commented on how friendly and attentive all the staff were. Swallows Nest Barn really was the most perfect place to have our special day, the aesthetics of the venue are stunning, location was ideal and the team really make the experience special. From the moment we viewed Swallows Nest, we knew it was the venue for us. The barns are stunning, the grounds a kept and for us the beautiful courtyard was a selling point knowing our little one could run around safely as the courtyard can be closed off! From open days, to tasting evenings - everything was so informative and the staff were always so warm and welcoming. The day it’s self was simply perfect. We would like to thank Natasha who looked after our little one as her own, and Emily who made sure the catering ran like clockwork. It’s the finer details that really made us feel special. The barns truly are stunning, and we had so many complements from our guests about how beautiful the venue is, and we couldn’t agree more.
