Exceptional Service!

We chose Southampton Harbour Hotel as a place to celebrate our marriage. And what a great choice that was! All facilities, our function room, hotel rooms, the spa, the food, everything was fantastic. But the greatest asset was definitely the staff working at the hotel, who have looked after us with amazing care and attention. The incredible Georgina, our wedding planner, has been such pleasure to work with and she’s made this special day for us even more amazing. Perfect from start to finish

Wow! What can I say, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish thanks to Georgina and her fantastic organisational and communication skills! The guests loved the venue and we had so many compliments on the view and the food! After having to rearrange due to covid Georgina looked after us so well, ensuring every little detail was perfect, I couldn’t have done it without her and would highly recommend the Harbour as a wedding venue.

Amazing Wedding Renewal

We booked the Bow Room for our wedding reception for our Vow Renewal. The attention to detail was second to none and our events co-ordination Georgina was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and was always there to answer any queries or questions. The venue was stunning and nothing could have made it better. The staff were attentive and friendly and a fantastic time was had by all. A number of us stayed the nigh and the rooms were perfect in every way. We would not of changed anything and would highly recommend anyone looking for a venue to go and speak to Georgina. You will not be in any way disappointed. The food was exemplary and all allergies were taken into account and dealt with professionally. What a venue to renew our Vows. Thank you so much for making our day so special.

The perfect wedding location!

WOW! Where do I even begin to describe how amazing our experience of getting married at Southampton Harbour was! Georgina was incredibly understanding to our situation as we wanted to get married quickly due to a personal family matter. From the start of the 6 week planning process Georgina made everything so much easier! Her quick detailed responses made the process feel so smooth! Nothing ever felt too much trouble and I could tell that she really cared about creating the best day for my husband and I as well as our family & friends. The Wedding day itself exceeded all expectations. Throughout the day there were so many small details that I hadn't expected that enhanced our day! The value for money was amazing! We honestly couldn't have wished for a more perfect day!

Big thank you to the Southampton Harbour Hotel, who hosted our wonderful wedding in January 2022. We were delighted that the hotel could cater for the intimate wedding we wanted (25 guests), and thanks to Georgina's help we were easily able to tailor the event exactly how we wanted it. Georgina was incredibly helpful, communicative and understood that we wanted our special day to be relaxed, informal and intimate. Georgina, Cristophe and the team ensured everything went smoothly on the day, the room looked amazing and even on a rainy winter day the views from the hotel are spectacular! We were able to select meal choices from a list of many delicious options, and all of our guests were very complimentary about the quality of food, and we were also easily able to tailor for some vegan / vegetarian guests. The majority of our guests stayed at the hotel for the weekend, and had a lovely stay - particular compliments from our friends and family on the gin and sherry in the rooms! We also made good use of the spa, with the most amazing massage the evening before our wedding from Sophie. All of this was organised in just over a month - we honestly couldn't have wished for a more perfect day!

Georgina Place took our initial enquiry and was professional throughout. Although ours was a fairly uncomplicated Wedding, she pulled everything together exactly as per our requests. Our Suite was lovely and the food throughout the weekend was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this venue with no complaints at all.

The Best Experience

Having our wedding at the harbour hotel was the best experience. Georgina and her team were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so kind, approachable and seemed to genuinely care about our day and making it special for us. Georgina especially went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful to her.
