Where do we begin?! From the very first moment we saw Sofitel and met with Sephora, we knew this would be the place where we our dreams will become reality. Sephora's down to earth, friendly and professional approach was an added bonus. We knew we could trust her and work alongside. The venue is an intimate and comfortably holds about 100 guests (our wedding). We had a package that suited our budget and had options to make this bespoke. Everything from start to finish was amazing. Our other suppliers praised Sofitel and all their staff, we must say Sephora, Ibrahim and Manon were amazing. I am sure there were many others. Absolutely recommend and crazy amazing photos too. We went to Pall Mall for a few shots. PERFECT! Thank you so much.

I cant make justice as to how its such a gem to work with Sofitel and SEPHORA! Exquisite and elegant, all friendly and customer first! I cant be any happier, they are very responsive, customised experience despite being 5 star. They made my dream wedding come true- even if I only had 15 guests! If was nothing short of perfect. I chose the best. They also accommodated by dog to attend and stay. PERFECT, LGBT friendly too, food is amazing, all of my guests are raving about it. For the price paid for on point FIVE STAR service… best use of money ever. I’d get married again at this place if I could… my 15 person intimate wedding was a dream.

Sofitel St James exceeded our expectations for our wedding celebrations. Sephora is exceptional - she saw our vision for our wedding and helped us execute it, attentive to detail, efficient and courteous communicator and all round lovely person (patient, kind and considerate). Our vendors also highly praised Sephora for her great service and communication with them. We also have to note Ibrahim, Minuit and the rest of the team, who are amazing, supportive and wonderful. Our reception was held in the Westminster Suite, which was exquisite. The food served was great - catered to all the needs of our guests which was amazing. We also stayed at the hotel for two nights, which was excellent each day. Every staff member was attentive, catered to our needs, helped us fulfill vendor requests and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was divine - it is a must try! If you are planning a wedding and looking for a five star hotel, Sofitel St James will provide you with impeccable service. It was a stress free experience from start to finish - My husband and I will do it again if we could. We held our intimate wedding dinner reception at the Sofitel St James and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. Anissa, our wedding planner, was brilliant at dealing with all the fine details and provided a wonderful atmosphere. Our guests had a great time, I would highly recommend.

We had our wedding at the hotel .the hotel was amazing every step of the way. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and big for London. The staff are very helpful smiling. Will be back if I organise another event in London.

Everything. A massive shout out to Sephora who took over from Anissa one month before the wedding. She is one the most organised people we have met. She was up to date with our wedding plans very quickly and advised best way to go forward. Always available to answer questions and give feedback. Took a very stressful job and made it look easy.. Relaxing us both before our big day. Even on the day stayed and went above and beyond organising the flow of the day. Our photo machine failed to work on arrival right in the middle of the cocktail hour. Also the person hired to be with the photo machine didn't turn up. Sephora quickly got the situation under control and some how managed to get the machine to work. So many beautiful photos where created because of this. We can't thank her enough for her help before during and after the wedding. She is an asset to Sofitel as a hotel . Can not speak any highly of her.
