Customer service is second to none

Stayed here for a night away. Staff couldn't do enough for us, the restaurant also catered for my dietary needs. Very comfortable nights sleep, modern and clean. Would defiantly recommend.

Attended a beautiful wedding here and the whole day was magical. Staff couldn't do enough and the room looked beautiful.

Excellent Service from staff

Value for money with excellent service by staff Very friendly and helpful staff, taxi service excellent too. Breakfast was well organised, and my dietary requirements met promptly.

Everything was fabulous....room was lovely and clean....staff where very helpful...would totally recommend this hotel....the staff memeber behind the bar that sorted our 3 bowls of chips was very polite and helpful

First class accommodation great location would highly recommend. Lovely staff nothing to much trouble when asking for anything.

10/10 exceptional , satisfying , best all expectations , fantastic over night stay The company , the location , the comfort and being able to relax , easy access , good facility of comfort and access to socialise
