Our Intimate Wedding Package is offered for a minimum of 10 people and maximum of 30 people. This includes use of one of our stunning private dining rooms, a glass of prosecco and canapes on arrival, a three course wedding breakfast including tea, coffee and chocolates as well as half a bottle of wine per person and a glass of fizz for the toast.

Our Weddings on the Water package for 60 guests has been designed to contain everything that you will need for the ultimate wedding. The Hall offers multiple suites and rooms for the ceremony and reception, each uniquely appointed and decorated to suit every taste. Catering, planning, and even the DJ can all be supplied by the hotel itself, making Rutland Hall a one stop shop for a dream wedding.
Located between the historic market towns of Oakham and Stamford, the charming location is perfect for away-from-it-all bliss.
Civil Partnerships and Ceremonies:
We have a number of rooms which are licensed for Civil Marriage and Partnership Ceremonies. These rooms vary in size to be able to cater for every size, from small intimate ceremonies to large grand ceremonies. We also offer outside wedding ceremonies with the picturesque Rutland Water as your backdrop.

Our individually designed hotel bedrooms will give your guests a blissful place to rest their feet after dancing the night away. Our hotel offers 66 bedrooms, located inside the Main Hall and our Uppingham and Oakham buildings. From Cosy to Superior rooms, we have a variety of room styles to suit your guests. The icing on the cake, the Windsor Suite. The Windsor Suite is the ultimate escape to indulge in that newly-wed bubble.

Top service at an amazing hotel with gorgeous views!
We had our wedding party at Rutland Hall Hotel yesterday and everything was fantastic! Every meeting in the run up was great (thanks Kay & Grace!), the team were so flexible and accommodating with all of our ideas, our room was beyond amazing (thank you!), afternoon tea in the Apple Blossom Suite was yummy, Jack who took us around in the buggy was lovely, the Lakeview Suite was perfect, our hog roast buffet was spot on, breakfast good, Sunday roast the next day was great, and Megan who looked after us on the day was awesome in so many ways!!! In fact every member of staff we met was fantastic - great service all round by what came across as a very happy team!
I've planned a few big events in the past and the service we received from RHH was without doubt the best by a long way! All in an amazing hotel with gorgeous views. Sad it's all over!!

A beautiful wedding day
A beautiful venue with everything we needed - beautiful accommodation, venue where everything is in one building (amazingly convenient!), wonderful catering and a top notch team who conducted our wedding to go incredibly smoothly. The only drawback was having to work with approximately five different coordinators over a two year planning period - not sure if this was to do with the hotel changing hands or a complication of covid but we got there in the end! Huge thanks to Megan and Katy who made our day fantastic and Nicola who helped pull everything together.

Seamless
The full experience of attending Sammy and Jason's wedding was seamless. I would like to thank each member of staff that assisted us and went above and beyond, and it wasn't even our wedding!
We booked a hotel bedroom for the night before and the night of the wedding as we had to travel quite a distance, before we arrived we had been given so much information and advice from the reception team. After what seemed like the longest journey, we were looking forward to a rest and the bedrooms were just bliss.
Blossoms restaurant is so lovely. We booked to have dinner the night before and the food was delicious, the staff were so attentive and once it stopped raining we sat out on the terrace for a little night cap.
On the big day, the set up was gorgeous, we felt relaxed and it was so smooth. Cherry on top was the view, just beautiful!
We would just like to say thank you for every part of our visit and for making our friends day so special. A return visit is definitely on the cards so we can enjoy even more time with you.

I just wanted to send you an email to say what an amazing time we had at Rutland Hall. It really is a beautiful hotel.
The staff are all very friendly and personalise their service to different customers. Our room was just stunning with the best views over Rutland water. Our food in the restaurant last night was by far the best food we have eaten. We just had the most amazing time and can't wait to come back again!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember that this is your day! Create a day that you will both enjoy, to allow yourselves to relax in your celebrations. Your guests will have fun because you are having fun!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We have seen incredibly thoughtful touches at each wedding. We are undecided between two! One of our favourites was individual jars for each guest of their favourite tipple, or a little wedding cake candle for the non drinkers. The other favourite, a thoughtful 'essentials' basket for both the ladies and the gents toilets for their guests needs and to keep them dancing all night long!

It may surprise you to hear that our bowls green has one of the best views at Rutland Hall! On the edge of the grass, the beautiful Rutland Water backdrop is entirely open.

We are extremely proud to have hosted many special guests at our venue. Our location makes for a perfect retreat for everyone.

Call us indecisive, but we have two personal favourites! Our selection of canapes has a wide range to offer. We can't decide between our Mini beef burgers or our Mini Thai Fishcake!

We are lucky to look over the UK's hidden gem, Rutland Water. From the moment you arrive onto our grounds, the water takes your breath away.
