As the nerves set in for both my wife and I the staff were calm and Collective and so supportive. We felt 100% reassured that everything would go as we planned, and all you need to do is visit this venue for a cocktail or a coffee to understand the very high level of service and attention to detail. Most people have something they wish had been different after their wedding, but we are completely over the moon that our day was everything we wanted it to be from the planning to the day after. We would 200% recommended Poets House Hotel to anyone, it’s beautiful, and the staff are such a credit to it.The team, led by Sara, walked with us throughout the planning process, and quickly understood and helped us achieve our vision of a perfect day.
