Enjoy every moment and book a venue with an experienced planner that either works at the venue or an external planner.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Every wedding is individual to the couple so I tend to have favourite moments from each wedding as it means something to the couple I have got to know.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have the most beautiful views over the bay and Llanddwyn Island (Lovers Island) from our Mount and is one of the options for a celebrant wedding. The Welsh Highland Railway also goes through our grounds with the most beautiful steam trains.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Yes, regularly but we offer complete discretion unless said celebrity or famous guest wishes to announce that they are here, which of course we welcome.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Oh that is a tough one when you have Head Chef and TV personality Daniel Ap Geraint as your Head Chef. Everything is delicious. We don't advise attending a showround or consultation when you are hungry.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Mini fish and chip cones or a bacon sandwich at midnight. Oh and our belgium hot chocolate station.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The house was owned by Lord Snowdon who married Princess Margaret, the Queen's sister. Princess Margaret was regularly seen staying at Plas Dinas. The house is full of exquisite royal memorabilia.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The service is incredible, the chef is extremely talented and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. The in-house restaurant, The Gunroom Restaurant has been recognised by the Michelin Guide.
