The Nant, with its own mile-long beach, chapel, an impressive function room to host your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations, and 4*accommodation, has all the required facilities to make your wedding a truly memorable occasion. Our premises are licensed for religious or civil ceremonies with a choice of locations including the Chapel, Main Hall, Cae Canol and Sgubor. We cater for wedding breakfasts and evening functions in the Hall, with 4* en-suite accommodation available for wedding guests in the onsite quarrymen’s cottages nearby. The high standard of service, excellent food and drink, along with magnificent coastal views, make the magical and unique village of Nant Gwrtheyrn the ideal place to relax and celebrate with family and friends. We have created individual wedding packages to meet all your requirements. We aim to assist you in making your ‘Special Day’ a truly memorable celebration that you and your guests will treasure forever.

Weekend or Wednesday hire of our stunning spaces, including:
- A choice of Ceremony locations - Chapel (Religious), Sgubor (Barn civil) or in our outside walled garden 'Cae Canol' (Outdoor civil)
- Followed by a reception at the Hall with festoon lighting, ceiling drapes and a balcony overlooking the sea, 140 person capacity
- Couple's accommodation included for 2 nights at the stylish sea-view wedding cottage, Caerffili
- Dedicated wedding coordinator and team.
- All bar and catering staff included.
- Option for organised dinner the evening before and breakfast on both mornings with guests
- Reserved guest accommodation including rooms and self-catering cottages, prices from £100 including breakfast
- Access to our stunning grounds for the whole wedding party including private beach access and mountain trekking

Prices vary according to the day of the week chosen (Weekend/ Wednesday hire) and length of hire. Please enquire for more details.
Hire options include:
- 1 night hire from 11am on Saturday or Wednesday to 12pm Sunday or Thursday
- 2 night weekend hire from 2pm Friday to 12pm Sunday - this is our most popular option!
Catering provided by Nant Gwrtheyrn can accommodate any dietary requirements, e.g., vegan, gluten-free. Options detailed in the in-house catering section.

The wedding venue that really has it all!If you’re looking for your dream wedding venue, Nant Gwrtheyrn really has it all: mountain and sea views, history, fabulous facilities and truly amazing staff who go above and beyond! When my husband (!) and I first visited a year ago and met with Emma, we were blown away by the site - the beautiful chapel, the gorgeous reception hall, and the fantastic cottages ready to accommodate the large number of friends and family we’re blessed to share our lives with. From booking through to the Big Day itself, everything was a dream. Emma is so organised and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. With family and friends from afar, we opted for the “weekend package”, which allowed us to begin the festivities with a relaxed evening on the Friday, with the wedding on the Saturday, and our guests staying on site through to the Sunday morning. All the cottages are lovely but the bridal suite is extra special. Some brides choose to get ready there on the morning, but with four bridesmaids, Emma suggested we use Ysgubor instead. It’s such a spacious room with big windows, so perfect for the five of us to get ready and have our hair done. We had the most incredible wedding day and all our guests were so complimentary. The team at Nant Gwrtheyrn are second to none. The wedding breakfast was excellent and the service to our 111 guests went like clockwork - I remarked that I’d never been to a large event with such precision serving. A special thank you to Ivonica, who was so attentive, helpful and friendly. A big thank you too to Owain on the bar, who looked after us all so well from the Friday evening through to the early hours of the Sunday morning. It truly was the most incredible, special day and we will hold the memories dear for the rest of our lives. Thank you for all of your hard work in making this happen. We hired for the weekend and felt that it was very good value for money. Perfect location for us as we love the area.
