From the first email I’ve ever sent Sharlene, she has been nothing but lovely and helpful to me. As anyone can imagine the stress leading up to your wedding day is insane, but no question was ever too much or too silly for Sharlene and her team. The wedding day itself was amazing, Bev and her team were just so attentive and kept me updated at every moment. They decorated both rooms beautifully, and Beverly especially was just so lovely to speak with. Made sure everything was absolutely perfect, I loved the special appearance from Trevor whilst we had our dinner that made everyone’s day! The team kept all of our decorations together so the morning after clean up wouldn’t be insane for us. Honestly cannot thank everyone enough for their hard work, and even just how friendly everyone is it’s just such an amazing team. I’ll definitely have to pop in with the pictures once I get those back, thank you so so much again! Mr & Mrs Porter x

We had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding reception at the Palm Court Hotel and it was beyond incredible. The staff were constantly attentive, made the planning process for our day absolutely painless and communicated promptly and efficiently. There was never anything that was too much trouble, and honestly we felt like family the way we were treated. The food however, was on a whole other level. This venue is punching way way way above it's weight class. The presentation, flavour, pairings and attention to detail was something i would have expected at a venue 3 times the cost of what we paid. Every guest was surprised and delighted with the food and my Wife, who is gluten and dairy free had so so many options as their taletned team had strived to make her excellent food. Head Chef Jayne should be very very proud of herself and her team, her catering was flawless from start to finish. Sharlene is a kind, professional and gentle person who we loved speaking with. She constantly steered us in the right direction and offered insight and advice which was invaluable. Jenna was an absolute delight and a great laugh aswell. She was compassionate, extremely helpful and just a joy to be around Beverly was amazing on the day and had a handle on everything, she made sure we were fed when things started to ramp up and she gave us the time we needed. We never felt rushed and she really, really took exceptional care of us We have nothing but good things to say about this venue, if your looking for a beautifully presented venue for a wedding and want an experienced and loving team right behind you then look no further. We will be coming back here for many, many years to come

We had our wedding at the Palm Court Hotel. From the start to end everything was all arranged and under control. The staff were extremely patient and very helpful with lots of great ideas and tips. The sanderson room was set up beautifully for the ceremony and the change around for the wedding meal was done quickly and beautifully. A few of us stayed the night in the hotel after the wedding and the rooms were great, clean , comfortable. The breakfast next day had lots of choices.

We had our wedding on 04/08/23. Our day was so perfect. Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful, food was amazing and they made our day so relaxed and special. Highly recommend Palm Court for your wedding venue.

We had our wedding at The Palm Court on 29/7/23. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were wonderful and soo helpful. One member of staff gave the children toys to play with to keep them entertained. The wedding organiser was brilliant. Nothing was a problem when I had to change a few things. The rooms we stayed in were immaculate and beautiful. The food was delicious and very generous portions. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding and will definitely be going back for a night away. Couldn't recommend the Palm court hotel enough.

Our wedding at the hotel was fabulous. Nothing was too much hassle, the staff were attentive, the food was fabulous, the rooms were stunning, the beds comfortable, towels fluffy. The list goes on but it was the perfect venue & we already can’t wait to return

If you’re searching for a wedding venue - I can’t recommend The Palm Court Hotel enough! They go above and beyond for you to make sure you have the best day possible! Everything went absolutely perfectly, better than I could ever have imagined. They take so much of the planning off your hands and handle all the small venue details for you, so you can focus on the big things! This is the 2nd family wedding at this venue and my wedding was just as perfect as my brothers wedding, from a guest’s point of view. Also very affordable and straightforward to book. My whole day took place at the venue as well, so it was so chilled.
