Megan helped coordinate everything for us so even with booking only 90 days in advance she helped make it such a smooth, stress free experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, the meal was delicious and the wedding decor was just beautiful!! We plan to return regularly to reminisce our perfect day! As anyone can imagine the stress leading up to your wedding day is insane, but no question was ever too much or too silly for Sharlene and her team. The wedding day itself was amazing, Bev and her team were just so attentive and kept me updated at every moment. They decorated both rooms beautifully, and Beverly especially was just so lovely to speak with. Made sure everything was absolutely perfect, I loved the special appearance from Trevor whilst we had our dinner that made everyone’s day! The team kept all of our decorations together so the morning after clean up wouldn’t be insane for us. Honestly cannot thank everyone enough for their hard work, and even just how friendly everyone is it’s just such an amazing team. I’ll definitely have to pop in with the pictures once I get those back, thank you so so much again! The staff were constantly attentive, made the planning process for our day absolutely painless and communicated promptly and efficiently. There was never anything that was too much trouble, and honestly we felt like family the way we were treated. The food however, was on a whole other level. This venue is punching way way way above it's weight class. The presentation, flavour, pairings and attention to detail was something i would have expected at a venue 3 times the cost of what we paid. Every guest was surprised and delighted with the food and my Wife, who is gluten and dairy free had so so many options as their taletned team had strived to make her excellent food. Head Chef Jayne should be very very proud of herself and her team, her catering was flawless from start to finish. Sharlene is a kind, professional and gentle person who we loved speaking with. She constantly steered us in the right direction and offered insight and advice which was invaluable. Jenna was an absolute delight and a great laugh aswell. She was compassionate, extremely helpful and just a joy to be around Beverly was amazing on the day and had a handle on everything, she made sure we were fed when things started to ramp up and she gave us the time we needed. The sanderson room was set up beautifully for the ceremony and the change around for the wedding meal was done quickly and beautifully. A few of us stayed the night in the hotel after the wedding and the rooms were great, clean , comfortable. The breakfast next day had lots of choices.We had our wedding at the Palm Court Hotel. From the start to end everything was all arranged and under control. The staff were extremely patient and very helpful with lots of great ideas and tips. One member of staff gave the children toys to play with to keep them entertained. The wedding organiser was brilliant. Nothing was a problem when I had to change a few things. The rooms we stayed in were immaculate and beautiful. The food was delicious and very generous portions. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding and will definitely be going back for a night away.
