Here at the Barn we believe your day should reflect you as a couple and be everything you dreamed it could be, we decided that an exclusive package was the way forward that can be tailor made for you.
We offer everything from canapes to evening food, we will happily bespoke your menu to include any family favourites and will pair wines to suit your pallat.
Our amazing suppliers will work closely with you to create a magical, rustic barn wedding.

As our barn is attached to our Tearoom we offer the two options of non exclusive and exclusive use, the general Tearoom will remain open until 5pm unless an exclusive package is applied.
We have an outside area available for civil ceremonies also available on request.

Northney Farm Barn Full Description
We are a relaxed family run wedding venue set amongst the beautiful coastal farmlands on Hayling Island. Our delightful barn has stood proudly on the farm for many years with its agricultural uses, but is now available to you for your personal intimate celebration.
Ceremony and wedding breakfast held in our stunning barn then we whisk you away on our tractor/tailor to your reception at the Langstone Quays Resort for an evening of food and dance all at a reduced rate when booking your wedding day here at Northney.

Here at Northney we pride ourselves on being able to offer you a magical farm setting for your day, with the hurd of Ayrshire cows lazing in the background. Walk down the aisle of our 400 year old rustic barn and have your ceremony under the beams draped in fairy lights. As you mingle our staff transform the barn for your wedding breakfast where you can then enjoy an afternoon of fine food and wines, followed with your own Tractor/Trailor ride to the Langstone Quays Resort for your reception.
