After undergoing an extensive refurbishment to our venue and grounds, Mytton Fold offers everything that you could need in the perfect wedding location, from the serene ceremony locations, photography in the landscaped grounds, and luxurious accommodation for you and your guests, to panoramic views across the Ribble Valley - our venue offers elegant settings for you to exchange vows in the presence of your loved ones.

The Ribble & Abbey Suites The Ribble Suite can seat up to 80 guests for the Civil Ceremony, with our adjacent Abbey Suite accommodating up to 180 guests for a Civil Ceremony or Wedding Breakfast. Our current Wedding package includes:

We wanted to say a massive thank you to yourself Paris and all the staff that helped out with the wedding, it came together so perfectly. On the day the main guy looking after us Bartek, and them Holly at night who took over were both amazing and so accommodating. Even the man in charge of the meal we had the night before was so lovely and helpful. I loved the venue just from the photos online and knew I wanted to marry there and it just looked so beautiful!We wanted to say a massive thank you to yourself Paris and all the staff that helped out with the wedding, it came together so perfectly. Tom and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Paris, Hollie and all of the team that were on hand to serve us at our wedding. They were fantastic, Hollie made sure everything ran smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Wow what a wonderful wedding day we had, it was magical and everything I’d hope for. I am so pleased we picked Mytton Fold Hotel, one of the reasons we did was because of you. Paris, from the very beginning you were warm, calm, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. All the food was amazing, so delicious and I have had lots of positive feedback about the food. All the staff were very attentive on the day especially Emma and Jack who looked after us on the top table. Wow what a wonderful wedding day we had, it was magical and everything I’d hope for. In 2023 we had a bride surprise her groom with two alpacas, who were dressed for the occasion with tux and bow tie.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Our favourite spot has to be our outdoor ceremony pagoda, over the bridge nestled within our grounds. Photographs here look fantastic, whatever the season and weather.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Peter Kay got married at our venue 20 years ago - before our modern luxury refurbishment.

What’s your favourite canapé?

We have an amazing selection of canapé options - but the firm favourite has to be our homemade sage & onion sausage roll with mustard mayonnaise.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

There's something for everyone on our evening reception menu, with options for street food boxes, hot carved barms and burgers too. Our favourite choice has to be the street food boxes, our staff hand these out to guests on trays, and its a quick and convenient bite to eat!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Our light and airy Abbey suite, with its floor to ceiling windows, letting in all the natural light.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Our staff! Across the wedding and banqueting team, hotel and kitchen - we're all on hand to ensure your day is perfect.
