Describe the best wedding that happened at Monkton Barn?
A civil ceremony in the barn, then across to the meadown for a village-fete styled reception with garden games, canapés and a saxophonist. This was followed by an Italian-themed marquee wedding breakfast. In the evening, a total of 140 guests returned to the meadow for a full-on festival themed party, including a big top marquee and staging for not just one, but 4 bands who performed over the course of the night! The event finished with fabulous fireworks, with many guests camping/glamping (including a hearty breakfast the following morning)! It was a truly brilliant and fun event to be part of.
