At Milestones our weddings take place in the period streets with historical vehicles parked in the lanes and museum staffed adorned in period dress on hand to warmly welcome you and your guests and ensure you have a fabulous time. Both small and large parties will feel completely comfortable in the streets taking up as much or as little space as you require for your wedding celebrations. Our onsite pub the Baverstock Arms will be open for you and your guests to enjoy a celebratory drink or two and you can add a little extra to your day with our 1940s Sweet Shop or Vintage Tea Tent for your guests to savour. War time ration cards for the sweet shop are also available as wedding favours if you would like! Wedding ceremonies for up to 120 guests can take place in your choice of location choose between Jubilee Street with pretty cottage and shop fronts, Station Approach leading to the Victorian Railway Station, or Victoria Place in Commercial Street set in the war time 40s. Our Victorian School Room is licenced for intimate ceremonies for up to 25 people and you can complete your intimate affair with afternoon tea served in the Tea Tent with your nearest and dearest. Available throughout the year Milestones Museum is the perfect place for a unique wedding and if you love the thought of a vintage themed wedding or a special day inspired by a bygone era you will never find a better place. We are proud to offer complete flexibility with suppliers at Milestones Museum. It is your wedding day and we want you to have the best day of your lives with the people you love, eating the food you enjoy and working with the industry suppliers you choose to create your big day.
