Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel

We could not be happier with how everything went. As we went along we tried to thank as many staff as we could because we where so impressed with the level of customer service we received. All the staff worked so hard and we didn't have to do anything- it was seamless. Chloe was amazing and kept everything moving. The young man on reception at 6AM that helped me with the children's cars and ice buckets to our room. The ladies in the restaurant the evening before, that were really accommodating and helpful squeezing us in last minute. The lovely ladies at breakfast for starting early for us on the morning of the wedding and ensuring i ate something. Yourself for putting everything in place and always answering my annoying questions! Mauricio for just being a legend.  I honestly could just go on, you have a lovely team there!  The room was lovely. The whole hotel was lovely and clean. The food was fantastic, everyone said how much they enjoyed eating everything. Really, thank you all. You all made it such a special day with no stress! 

We had the best day, the venue was perfect for our wedding and to find this at short notice was a huge blessing! The day went smoothly the staff were attentive if I had any questions throughout the day they were able to answer them. The food was delicious and a few of our guests also commented on the food saying it was delicious. The Garden is beautiful and offered space for our guests to enjoy the outside and the kids to run around in.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for our beautiful wedding day. Everything was so perfect and well organised from our lovely suite,to the full day.Food was gorgeous ,the curried goat went down very well with our Jamaican family so please send thanks to your chef. Thank you so much Kerry. We were so pleased with how every single thing went. Whatever expectations we had, they were massively exceeded! The staff were absolutely incredible on the day. No one could do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. Helena, Chloe, Lisa and Maurizio, were incredible. Everything was just amazing and I can’t believe it’s now all over. We are just so overwhelmed with how easy everything was made for us to ensure we had the best day ever and we certainly did.

We can not fault the team at all all staff great and helpful made me and matt feel very calm we are so glad we picked you. They continuously kept in contact with us and were always happy to help answer any questions we had no matter how daft or small and were always friendly. On the day of our wedding they were amazing, very attentive and helpful, staff were great and the food was even better. They helped our day run as smoothly as possible and I couldn’t be more grateful for that! The gardens where lovely and the drink caravan was a big hit with all guests after the ceremony. We cannot recommend here enough.

A huge huge thank you for everything and everyone who went towards our special day. Everything we asked for was remembered and sorted with confidence. The lass who was on reception most of the time we were there was so lovely. Olivia was SO organised and made sure everything was perfect. And Maurizo was an absolute legend. Everyone who works there is perfect for their role. We were so incredibly pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went. We will never forget our dream day.

Thank you for all the staff at Mercure for helping make our wedding so special! We will never forget how each and every one of you went the extra mile, catered for our every need and really did make it a real life fairytale.
