Good morning Nicky & Hannah, Firstly I just want to say a huge thank you to you all at the Mercure. You really did make our wedding one to remember. As well as a big thank you to you two, I'd like to especially say thank you to Abi, Jodie & James as well! You've all made what I was told a very stressful planning and time consuming day into a very peaceful and calming experience. At no point was I made to feel like a bother with my many questions and you were all so friendly and lovely to us both and we cannot thank you enough!! My guests have all been echoing how amazing your venue and team is! Ethan and I will be coming to collect our decor this week, is there any specific time/date you'd prefer us to do this? Lovely venue for my daughters wedding. The reception was held in the marquee which was great. The staff were attentive and ensured everything went smoothly.

What can I say - we had the best day ever - it was truly amazing in everyway and the day was even better than we hoped. Thank you so much for bringing it together for us.... it was simply brilliant from start to finish.

Thank you for putting on such a fantastic day for Lydia & I. Many people have told us what a fabulous time they've had. The event team for the day are a credit to you and Mercure and they made sure our day was how we wanted it

We flew away on honeymoon on Saturday we are taking it all in still! We had a fantastic day from start to finish and would like to thank yourself and the team so much - the room was amazingly laid out, everything ran so smooth. Abi was fantastic and was so attentive to everything we needed throughout the day she was a star really and truly. Thank you all so much, we are just so sad it flew by.

We couldn't fault anything, our wedding day went better than expected, yourself and other members of staff was great. Thanks again for making our big day memorable and very special. All our guests was commenting on the venue and on how lovely the marquee was. Thanks Darren and Joanne

Our day couldn’t have happened as smoothly as it did without the support and help from the wedding planners at Mercure Haydock - Nicky, Sam and Hannah. They all helped keep our nerves together.

What a fantastic epic memorable day! 2 years in the planning, and when it came to finer details Nicky, Hannah, Sam and the rest of staff at Mecure Haydock, done a fantastic job bringing it altogether. We were the focus of their attention and extremely helpful to our family and friends. Our wedding wouldn’t have unfolded the way it did without there help. Thank you, and thank you for the final little touches in our rooms. That was a nice surprise for us both! Not only did they make the wedding special, but also made Stephenie’s birthday special as well.
