From the very first open evening we attended at Knowsley Hall, we knew this was going to be our wedding venue. It is a very special place. The Hall and the grounds are absolutely stunning and provide the perfect setting for your big day. Having exclusive hire really does make you feel like royalty for the day as you and your guests are free to roam the rooms and grounds as though you live there! Everybody at Knowsley was fantastic and we couldn’t fault the service. Bianca, who took us on our tours on open days, is so friendly and helpful. When we saw her at the Hall after booking our wedding, she always greeted us like old friends! Jason and Niall were outstanding on the lead up to, and during, the special day. They couldn’t do enough for us and handled everything perfectly. True professionals! We also had some guests who required additional help with mobility on the day. When we made Knowsley aware of this, they ensured that specific staff members were assigned to help these guests with their needs when necessary. This was over and above our expectations, and the guests were absolutely thrilled as they were able to relax and enjoy the day. The food was absolutely beautiful and served in a gorgeous setting. Every single detail of the day was incredible and we love looking back over the photos. We just wish we could do it all over again! Thank you so much to the whole team for everything. We are so envious of anybody who has their wedding here to look forward to!

We got married here in June 2024 - and the place was absolutely perfect. The building is stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained - and the service offered by Jason, Niall and the staff was outstanding, a mix of calm professionalism and cheerful dedication. Celebrating our wedding at Knowsley Hall has been a dream come true. If you want a fairy-tale wedding, this is the place for you!

Wow, what an incredible, unforgettable day that was! All of the staff at Knowsley Hall were amazing, especially Niall who was our superb event manager. They guided us through every step of the way and were always fast to respond to any of our emails and calls when we had questions. The venue itself is nothing short of spectacular! The halls and rooms, the staircase, the gardens, the artworks, we couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. The day itself ran so incredibly smoothly, the food (both the wedding breakfast and evening food) was delicious, and we have had many guests tell us the same. Knowsley also invited us round a few weeks in advance to try some options for the menu and to go through the details of the day, which was a lot of fun and also made us feel so relaxed knowing how everything would run. We cannot recommend Knowsley enough, and want to thank the staff once again for making our day stress-free and absolutely perfect!

We had the most amazing day from start finish, all of ours guests and suppliers who hadn’t worked at Knowsley before commented on how amazing the venue was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, every single one of them went out of their way to make our day perfect, including the wait staff who provided an endless supply of ‘ketchups in a pot’ which our 2 year old was amazed by. They got to know us, advised us on the best way to do things to help our day run smoothly and accommodated every request. We had full use of the venue from 8am on the day of our wedding, which meant our photographer and videographer were able to capture the most perfect pictures of our special venue. Before our wedding day, we were regularly in communication with Niall, Jason and Megan, they were always quick to reply and answer our questions big or small. I dropped off my wedding dress a few days before the wedding and despite hosting other events in the mean time, my dress was kept safe in a locked room along with lots of other supplies we left with staff. Although we had hired a company to dress the venue, we had some personal touches to add, the staff at Knowsley followed our requests to the letter and everything looked better than we could have imagined. On the day, guests who had travelled to attend the wedding arrived early and were made to feel very welcome. Guests never had an empty glass or plate and the food was perfect. During our evening reception, staff made sure there was never a wait at the bar, there was plenty of space for people who wanted to escape the music and staff were very attentive ensuring our older guests had cups of tea and coffee. Once everyone had left, the guests who were staying at the venue were served drinks to the residents lounge and despite it being late, they were always happy to help. The bridal suite and guest rooms were perfect and kept to the highest standard, breakfast the next morning was great and by the time we had all made it downstairs, no one wanted to leave! We had the most amazing time and couldn’t recommend Knowsley hall enough. I can’t wait to go back and stay during their upcoming events. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our day perfect ! We had the most amazing wedding day with our nearest and dearest! The team at Knowsley Hall went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our special day was perfect! We cannot recommend Knowlsey Hall enough, as soon as we stepped into the spectacular grounds we knew it was the one, the venue is absolutely stunning. We fell in love with Knowsley Hall the minute we arrived for our first visit. The venue is exceptionally beautiful and exudes a grandeur and elegance which is surpassed by none in the area. The staff are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Every detail is well thought of and they go out of their way to make your day special in every way. The food is top notch and no matter which option you choose from their menu, it is quite impressive. I am vegetarian and the chef prepared a lovely vegetarian option for me and a handful of my guests. We stayed the night before the wedding. The dinner the night before and the breakfast on the day of the wedding was gorgeous. We got so many complements from all our guests on the beauty of the venue, the food and how every little detail was so well managed. We found the fact that they had their own chef and also offered evening entertainment really helpful as it meant that we had to do less arranging and co-ordinating. All in all, we had the most spectacular wedding and it is thanks to the team at Knowsley! We couldn’t have chosen better.

I never knew what I wanted my wedding to look like until I stumbled across Knowsley Hall. It just clicked that this place was our dream wedding and it couldn’t have been more true. From start to finish and even now almost a year on, the staff were nothing but amazing and patient with everything. Jason especially was incredible and all the stuff always made sure we were happy and relaxed through the whole experience. A true hidden gem

Im not even sure where to start with this so I will just say everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We viewed several venues and we knew from driving up the drive that Knowsley Hall was the one for us. The venue is just so stunning, we were in complete awe. Everything leading up to the day was so seamless, fantastic communication from Niall, Emma and Megan made everything so easy - nothing was too much trouble and they took all of the stress out of it. On the day, we were looked after by Megan and Adam and they were just fantastic - their attention to detail was second to none - they didn’t miss a thing and were on the ball all day. Dan, Joseph and Claire were also fantastic, they were so warm and personable that many of our guests commented on how excellent all of the staff were. Alex - wow. The food was just incredible! We had almost EVERYONE comment on how good the food was. The beef was the best beef I have ever had. It was just exceptional. And the calamari & watermelon canapé was just incredible! This review will not do any justice to just how good each and every one of the staff at Knowsley Hall were, you made our day just unforgettable and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody. Our wedding co ordinator Niall was always just a call or email away during the planning process. Some days I spoke to him more than by own Husband to be! He never rushed me and always took the time to listen to what we wanted. The wedding day itself was no different. Niall was never far away and he even helped to calm my nerves as I stood with my Father before entering the ceremony. He was professional and reassuring, we can not thank him enough. Everything about Knowsley Hall is impressive. The grounds, the decor, the staff, the food, the accommodation. It was all truly exceptional. We wish we could do it all again.
