Wow the Marcliffe are absolutely unreal!!!! Jessica is the absolute best to work with, she just knows what needs to be done before you even think of it, nothing was ever an issue! Shes honestly the best person for the job and cannot thank her enough for making our experience so amazing!!! If you want the perfect day definitely go to the Marcliffe. Every other member of staff also could not do enough for us. They were absolutely on the ball with absolutely everything and helped us so much. Cannot even begin to thank everyone. Just cannot say a bad word about our overall experience!! Was the best day of our lives and would choose the Marcliffe over and over again if we could. What a day!!!! We just wanted to say thank you for last Saturday. It was the most perfect day, and all the staff and hotel really made it that bit more special with the 5* service. So many people commented on how well the hotel did and how good the standards were. You were also all amazing with Laura. Thanks for playing your part in our big day. We would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent service we have received from start to finish, we are truly blessed to have had such a devoted team supporting us throughout our wedding plans. Everyone has been incredible throughout, the chef and his team really delivered, everyone was amazing and I will be shouting out from the rooftops how wonderful the Marcliffe team are. As far as the day went we honestly couldn’t fault the staff. Over the whole weekend the one thing our guests all had to say how welcoming and friendly all the staff were and how nothing was too much. All our guests have raved about the whole weekend. Honestly me and Scott had the most amazing day and could not have done that without you and the rest of the team. Thank you for everything. Pretty sad it’s over now but never know, might come back for a vow renewal in a few years haha. As far as the day went we honestly couldn’t fault the staff. Over the whole weekend the one thing our guests all had to say how welcoming and friendly all the staff were and how nothing was too much. All our guests have raved about the whole weekend. The food was fantastic, we can’t thank you enough for catering for Jenny’s gluten free dietary requirements so carefully and our other guests with dietary requirements were impressed at how well the team looked after them too - a big thank you for this!
