Letchworth Golf Club

On behalf of Inner Wheel, Lynne & all our guests a big thank you to you and all the staff at the Golf Club for such a splendid occasion yesterday turned out to be. I know Lynne would be particularly pleased with the vibrant buzzing atmosphere that was very evident for the whole time. It was a joyous occasion. I hope we didn't outstay our welcome. I’d like to make specific mention of Gareth’s commitment to ensuring a successful day for the Club and myself - it was exemplary, and he and the entire bar and catering team should be congratulated for delivering a truly memorable day for everyone lucky enough to play. We held our wedding reception here for 100 seated guests and a further 40 evening guests. Probably taking a year or so to plan, Gareth and the team were amazing from day one. They could not have been more friendly or more helpful from the start. Nothing was too much trouble from the team, and they gave us a blank canvas to organise the day as we wanted it. The tables looked beautiful on the day and the attention to detail was impressive. They also assisted us on the day with our own DJ, etc.

I would like to say thank you to all the people that helped and put together a great evening at the golf club last night. It was an excellent event and something that in all my years as a member I have never seen before. Well done.

Held a reunion dinner at the club with 32 guests. We chose our menus which were very reasonably priced and on the night everything went brilliantly. The staff led by Gareth were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The tables looked pretty, and the meals were tasty and hot. Would not hesitate to rebook. Keith Banner

We had my father in law's wake at the club on Tuesday. The whole experience was excellent. Gareth was very focused on our requirements as we had a couple of serious food allergies to accommodate. On the day Gareth along with the team were superb, organising and interacting with our guests. The food was spot on and the guests with food allergies were very impressed as were the other guests. We've had some lovely feedback ourselves from those who attended about the club and the staff.

I cannot praise this as a venue for a family party enough it was excellent. The food was fabulous, the service was exceptional, and the manager went over and above the call of duty. His attention to detail from the first meeting to the day of my mother’s 90th birthday party he was there to make the day run smoothly and therefore memorable. Phillippa Gregory

Kevin and I would like to thank you for the lovely celebration lunch that you arranged for us on Saturday. You and your staff worked so hard to make it special for us. Just like to say a huge Thankyou to all the bar and beverage staff who were working at the carvery today. We all had a delicious meal, great service, and hospitality. It really made for a great Easter Sunday. Please can you pass my thanks and praise on to all the staff. Steve Collins
