Landmark Arts Centre Full Description
The hall is booked on a 'dry hire' basis so that you can choose your own suppliers for catering, music, decorations etc., and we can offer a recommended supplier list.
We offer a 3 tier ceremony package from 2 - 4 hours and/or a wedding reception hire which allows you 3 days over a weekend which will enable you to;
- set up on the Friday prior to your ceremony/reception
- have complete use of the building on the day of your ceremony/reception from 11.00am to midnight
- as well as access from 10.00am to 12 noon on the morning after the reception for your suppliers to
pick up equipment.
- included in the hire is the use of Landmark rectangular trestle tables and chairs if required
- use of our Bell Room, bar and kitchen area
- maximum number of seated guests: 250
- maximum capacity including suppliers and staff: 300
