We had an intimate, yet meaningful wedding ceremony at Harrington room, Chelsea Old Town hall. Both Zan and Sally were affectionate and fantastic. The experience was great from the beginning and smooth throughout the ceremony.

From booking our special day to the day itself was a breeze. Chelsea Old Town Hall is even more stunning than I had imagined and the staff were considerate each step of the way. I couldn’t now imagine our day anywhere else. Vow options are considerably thought out, the building is immaculate, the famous step are as fabulous as you see in photos! Our day with our daughters and parents couldn’t have been more perfect, the girls loved every moment. The atmosphere was relaxed but filled with so much love. I have already recommended Chelsea Old Town Hall to friends. Absolute perfection. Thank you.

We have enjoyed our ceremony overall but everything felt very rushed. The staff was quite professional but there was no personal touch as they do this so many times in a day. - The previous ceremony was late therefore we had to wait but as a result we were rushed. We could see that by the time we arrived they were already running behind and people at the venue were stressed - All the music was cut off very fast apart from the middle song. - The exit song was a big part of our ceremony but it was played too early and you could not hear it outside. - Online it says that dogs are not allowed and only once we got to the venue we have been told that we can have our dog inside but again we were only told after half of our ceremony that it can be near us or run free in the room. - Live streaming is a great option but the angle of the camera is just so bad that you probably wouldn't see much of what is going on. Considering the price paid for the room those things mentioned above were quite disappointing. Our ceremony was taking place in a Rossetti room which can hold 12 people and the price was over £500. We were still quite happy as everything went nice and smooth.
