Our wonderful Wedding Our wonderful Wedding
We had a wonderful wedding at Karma Salford Hall. Before the event, we had various special requests but Ellie was very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day, everything was perfect. The food was beautifully prepared and served. All the staff, not only those directly involved with the wedding but also others working in the hotel that day were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Ellie and her team at Karma for helping us to give our guests a such a memorable day.We had a wonderful wedding at Karma Salford Hall. One word ‘WOW’ We started going to Salford Hall about 9 years ago. We quickly decided that it would be a perfect location for us to get married. We booked the it in 2017 for a 2020 wedding. Because of Covid this had to be postponed for a year, all we can say is it was worth the wait. Since being under new ownership the property has undergone an extensive refurbishment which is ongoing, which surprises us as we didn’t think you could improve on perfection. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. All of the staff were polite and friendly from the top management to housekeeping. It says a lot when you have the hotel manager, Douglas, assistant manager Javier and general manger of Europe Scott, all helping out with serving the wedding breakfast or helping in the kitchen. All of the waiting staff were very attentive and nothing was too much for them, especially Susannah and Andy. The receptionists, Ella, Pippa and Lucy as well a the wedding co-ordinator Elise, were all friendly and always had a smile on their faces which was commented on by many of our guests. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond what was expected. Elise worked tirelessly and liaised perfectly with all of our suppliers. She oversaw the serving of the wedding breakfast in a totally professional way, ensuring the food came out to each separate table together and those with dietary requirements received the correct food. We are sure she must have a super-power. All of the food was excellent and compliments need to go to the chef and team. The housekeeping staff were always active but stopped working to let you pass them. The towel sculpture, in the honeymoon suite, was a lovely touch, and although we never found out who made it, we consider them a treasure. Overall, the setting and the staff made our wedding so special and we will treasure the memories forever. Thank you all at Karma Salford Hall for an unforgettable day. All of the staff are a credit to the Karma group. We cannot wait to see you all again. One word ‘WOW’ We started going to Salford Hall about 9 years ago. To the manager, weddings organiser and all the staff at Salford Hall. We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful time you gave us on Friday (30th August) at Rachael & James wedding Everything was so well organised and ran so smoothly. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - no request was too much trouble and was responded to immediately. The food was delicious and the portions very generous. The wine kept flowing and there was plenty of jugs of water. The hanging baskets at the front and back of the hotel looked lovely and the garden made a pretty outside area to enjoy. The bedrooms were good too. You must all work very hard as a team and enjoy your jobs to produce such a wonderful result. Weddings are so special and you were able to meet our expectations and more! Once again a heartfelt thanks to everyone. With very best wishes from Ingrid & Ian Oliver (James parents)To the manager, weddings organiser and all the staff at Salford Hall. Now that the dust has finally settled we just wanted to say what a fantastic day everybody had on Sunday! Julie and the rest of the staff were so helpful and accommodating that we had so many warm words about Salford Hall and everyone involved - and the food was top notch!! The weather, although very hot, was an added bonus and allowed our guests to really appreciate the grounds. One of our young guests is a very keen photographer and she described it as “enchanting!” Very kindest regards Ian & Karen GrayNow that the dust has finally settled we just wanted to say what a fantastic day everybody had on Sunday! I cannot explain how good Salford Hall was. Everyone member of staff were more than happy to help both on the day and leading up to it. They were flexible and arranged everything we wanted. They allowed us to personalise our experience and they executed our day perfectly. The grounds were perfect for everyone which made the day special for young and older quests. The food was amazing and the DJ was so much fun. You could not got wrong booking you wedding with them.I cannot explain how good Salford Hall was.
