Cider Mill Barns is a beautiful, recently converted barn on the border between Shakespeare’s Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. Formerly part of a working farm, the barns have been sympathetically restored to create a stunning backdrop to your special day. We can host indoor and outdoor weddings and have 8 beautiful bedrooms for you too. Everyone wants to feel special on their wedding day. For this reason, we offer Cider Mill Barn to you with an exclusive use promise. During your time with us, the only people onsite will be you, your invited guests and our discreet, friendly staff. From the moment you arrive on the big day you are our sole focus and we can make sure everything is perfect for you, and only you.

Our pricing includes exclusive use of Cider Mill Barns and is also inclusive of VAT, staff, round tables, chairs, table linen, glassware, crockery and cutlery. There are additional charges for: civil ceremony room, the Orchard Barn & Bramley Barn bedrooms for an overnight stay (sleeps 16) and our getting ready spaces (available for both Friday and Saturday weddings). Our prices depend on the duration of the wedding, day of the week and month you wish to get married in. For example, a Saturday in Summer 2027 would start from £7,950, whilst a Friday wedding in March 2027 would start from £4,950.

We recently got married at Cider Mill Barns near Stratford-upon-Avon, and we honestly could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we booked the venue to the final moments of our wedding day, the entire experience was exceptional. First and foremost, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. Cider Mill Barns has clearly been designed with weddings in mind. The layout works perfectly, with all the key spaces flowing seamlessly into one another and everything conveniently close together for both guests and suppliers. It creates such a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. The décor is beautiful and finished to an incredibly high standard, meaning we needed very few additional decorations ourselves. It already feels special the moment you arrive. One of the standout aspects of our experience was the incredible team. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Eve, Lily, Adrian, Tristan and the wider team made the entire process feel effortless. Their organisation, communication and attention to detail were second to none. Every question was answered, every request was accommodated and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On the wedding day itself they were calm, friendly and professional, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment. They genuinely enhanced the whole experience and made us feel supported every step of the way. The food was another huge highlight. We've had so many compliments from our guests about how amazing everything tasted, and it was consistently one of the most talked-about parts of the day. One of our favourite touches was the carvery experience. Rather than having traditional serving staff, we were able to choose guests to act as the carvers, which created such a fun and interactive atmosphere. It was a brilliant way to get people involved, led to lots of laughs, and became a real talking point throughout the wedding. Combined with the exceptional quality of the food, it made the meal feel incredibly special and personal. Throughout the planning process, the team were fantastic at accommodating our personal requests and helping guide us through decisions. Their experience and advice were invaluable, and they always made us feel confident that everything was under control. They struck the perfect balance between listening to what we wanted and offering expert guidance where needed, ensuring the day truly reflected us as a couple. We also absolutely loved the open days and tasting/lunch events before the wedding. These were such a brilliant way to experience the venue as it would look and feel on a real wedding day. We had our wedding here in August and from the first meeting in 2025 through to the bid day itself, everything was just flawless. We honestly cannot recommend Cider Mill Barns highly enough. From the moment we first walked in, we got 'the feels' and knew this was the place for us. It genuinely feels like a hidden gem – a beautiful, intimate venue in the countryside which just glows. Everything is beautiful and so lovingly managed and maintained; from the practical things such as the bedrooms, bar and ceremony room through to the grounds, amenities and all of the wonderful staff that work there. What really sets Cider Mill Barns apart is the fact that it is family run. Adrian, Eve, Lily and the whole team clearly care enormously about the venue and, more importantly, about the couples who choose to get married there. We genuinely felt like we were being greeted by friends when we arrived at the venue on the wedding day and never once felt like I was just another cog on a conveyor of weddings. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything ran seamlessly, the venue looked beautiful, the food was fantastic and the team were amazing throughout. We were able to completely relax and enjoy the day because we knew everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. So many of our guests commented on what a beautiful venue it was and how lovely the staff were, which really says everything. There are lots of impressive wedding venues out there, but Cider Mill Barns has something that is much harder to find - warmth, character and heart. You can tell how much pride, rightfully so, the family take in what they have created. We genuinely couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else and will always be so grateful to everyone at Cider Mill Barns for giving us such an amazing day and so many wonderful memories. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. From the first time we viewed Cider Mill Barns right through to the wedding day itself, Lily was absolutely brilliant. She was always on hand to answer any questions, kept everything organised, and made the whole planning process feel so much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure every couple has the best day possible. On the day itself everything ran so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because the team had everything under control. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us or our guests. We’ve had so many people tell us how lovely the venue was and how well the whole day was organised. The venue itself is beautiful and looked incredible on the day. The food was outstanding and was one of the biggest talking points amongst our guests. So many people commented on how good it was, which isn’t something you hear all that often at weddings, so that really says it all. A huge thank you to everyone at Cider Mill Barns for making our wedding day so special. Cider Mill Barns was the first venue we went to view during our wedding planning phase and instantly it stole our hearts, nothing else compared to it. Not only is the venue stunning but the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Adrian helped set us up and allowed us to be fully informed on costs, nothing was ever hidden. There is so much to choose from in their decoration list so we hardly needed to bring anything extra! We had a menu tasting day which allowed us to try the amazing food on offer and we knew from the first bite we made the right choice. We were able to pick what we wanted from the wide menu of food and we were able to be as creative as we wanted. On the day we had so many guests complimenting us on the food! No ideas that we had were ever too silly or couldn't be fitted into the day, we even had our little pooch as the ring bearer! A few months before the big day we had calls with Eve who was able to talk us through every aspect of the day and talked us through a lot of areas we hadn't considered. Eve was very informative and extremely helpful and the day felt so smooth and we were very well looked after. The venue itself is stunning and rooms on site were ideal for close family to stay with us on site for the night. Cider Mill isn't like other venues we visited — places that charge extortionate amounts for basic lighting while last night's wedding party is still wandering around. Cider Mill doesn't operate like that. They're selective, and you feel it in every interaction. Every guest commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the food and drink genuinely lived up to the setting — which is rare. What set them apart was how involved they were in every aspect of the day. Financial planning, menu selection, even letting us come back to test out the table layout in person — nothing felt too much. They're not in the business of churning through couples. They care about getting it right. For Freya and me, it was perfect. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Cider Mill will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we hope our paths cross again VERY soon!From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd found somewhere special. Our feet have only just touched the ground since our wedding at Cider Mill Barns last month. We’re struggling to put into words how we feel about our day and the team that helped to make it so very special - but here goes! The only way to describe it is ‘beyond perfect’. With each and every interaction we had with Adrian, Eve and Lily, we knew we couldn’t be in safer hands. Their knowledge, experience and calmness shone through with every single piece of advice they gave us, culminating in a perfectly choreographed day. The venue and surroundings are stunning and every single wedding guest has said how amazing the venue, food, wine and staff were. The only thing lacking was some way of slowing down time so we could make the whole experience last longer. We can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend you use them - but please invite us so we can go back there! The team went above and beyond for us — even helping make our Plan A wedding happen when the weather and logistics could easily have pushed us to Plan B. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for. The venue looked stunning, the day ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to get married. I wanted to take a week or so to reflect on our wedding and cider mill barns so I could write a proper review. I’m not sure where to even start apart from saying Wow. From the moment we arrived the very first day where we met Adrian, we were absolutely blown away. We knew from the moment we viewed Cider Mill that it just was different. This is a barn venue, however it is completely unique from any other barn venue we had viewed. We urge anyone getting married to go view cider mill, as I don’t think this review could even explain the options, attentiveness and attention to detail that came with choosing to have our wedding here. It is a family run business, Adrian, Lily and the all team are absolutely amazing, down to earth and are so well clearly experienced with weddings and the layout of day. We can truly say they made our experience so calm and like everything was sorted and thought out for us, it has been a truly wonderful time planning our wedding with the Cider Mill Barns team. There is also an option to book with them their decorations, however little or many as you like, we personally found this so helpful as it took the stress away from finding suppliers to do things like table centre pieces, and we also couldn’t believe how many options were included. The food is absolutely incredible, we were so shocked at not only the taste but the portion size also, as stereotypically wedding food is quite small portions. There is an option to book their barns on site on the wedding evening, alongside the bridal suite. These are absolutely stunning, again so much attention to detail has gone into these elements, and the service that came alongside these were again perfect, the stay if booked includes a breakfast the next morning cooked by a chef, and it is such a nice attention to detail to be able to sit with your family/guests of choice the next day discussing the wedding. We got married at Cider Mill Barns on 19 December 2025 and we had the most magical day thank you to Adrian, Lily and the team who are simply the best. What a stunning venue with plentiful stunning scenery, with the most beautiful orchard and lovely barns you couldn’t ask for anymore. The whole day was superbly organised down to every last detail. The food was exquisite accompanied by the wonderful service we received throughout our day. Enjoy it and don't be stressed! We are experienced event planners and we will help guide you through all aspects of planning, so you can enjoy every moment! On the day, we encourage all of our couples to go somewhere quiet after the ceremony and have a few minutes together, otherwise the day goes by in a whirlwind and you don't stop to take it all in!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

We love seeing old family photos of the couple - one couple who got married with us last year attached hundreds of photos to fairy lights and strung them all the way round the dining room!
