Cider Mill Barns is a beautiful, recently converted barn on the border between Shakespeare’s Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. Formerly part of a working farm, the barns have been sympathetically restored to create a stunning backdrop to your special day. We can host indoor and outdoor weddings and have 8 beautiful bedrooms for you too. Everyone wants to feel special on their wedding day. For this reason, we offer Cider Mill Barn to you with an exclusive use promise. During your time with us, the only people onsite will be you, your invited guests and our discreet, friendly staff. From the moment you arrive on the big day you are our sole focus and we can make sure everything is perfect for you, and only you.

Our pricing includes exclusive use of Cider Mill Barns and is also inclusive of VAT, staff, round tables, chairs, table linen, glassware, crockery and cutlery. There are additional charges for: civil ceremony room, the Orchard Barn & Bramley Barn bedrooms (sleeps 16). Our prices depend on the number of guests, duration of the wedding, day of the week and month you wish to get married in. For example, a Saturday in Summer 2025 would start from £7,950 whilst a Friday wedding in March 2025 would start from £4,950.

They say, “We want every aspect of your day to be tailored to you, so we will never force you to choose from a set menu. From just £72 per person our flexible and experienced team will work with you to design a menu that is sure to delight and satisfy your guests". The wedding breakfast would start from £72.50 per guest, evening food from £15 per guest with additional options such as canapes.

I wanted to take a week or so to reflect on our wedding and cider mill barns so I could write a proper review. I’m not sure where to even start apart from saying Wow. From the moment we arrived the very first day where we met Adrian, we were absolutely blown away. We knew from the moment we viewed Cider Mill that it just was different. This is a barn venue, however it is completely unique from any other barn venue we had viewed. We urge anyone getting married to go view cider mill, as I don’t think this review could even explain the options, attentiveness and attention to detail that came with choosing to have our wedding here. It is a family run business, Adrian, Lily and the all team are absolutely amazing, down to earth and are so well clearly experienced with weddings and the layout of day. We can truly say they made our experience so calm and like everything was sorted and thought out for us, it has been a truly wonderful time planning our wedding with the Cider Mill Barns team. There is also an option to book with them their decorations, however little or many as you like, we personally found this so helpful as it took the stress away from finding suppliers to do things like table centre pieces, and we also couldn’t believe how many options were included. The food is absolutely incredible, we were so shocked at not only the taste but the portion size also, as stereotypically wedding food is quite small portions. There is an option to book their barns on site on the wedding evening, alongside the bridal suite. These are absolutely stunning, again so much attention to detail has gone into these elements, and the service that came alongside these were again perfect, the stay if booked includes a breakfast the next morning cooked by a chef, and it is such a nice attention to detail to be able to sit with your family/guests of choice the next day discussing the wedding. All of our guests were wowed by the food and the service on the day, and by how beautiful the barns are and commented how every single member of staff were so professional and helpful on the day. From the day we first walked in to now our feelings towards cider mill have not changed, every time we visited we had that special feeling, and now will do forever. Cider Mill Barns proved to be our perfect match! 6 months out from our wedding date our initial venue closed and forced us into panic, but the moment we revisited Cider Mill Barns we knew it was meant to be! The process from start to finish was tailored to our expectations and the whole day panned out better then we could’ve ever imagined. Adrian, Lily and the whole team were exceptional, friendly, and eager to make sure our desires were met! Adrian and his team have thought of it all! I cannot recommend the team enough, they made us feel so comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. They're business isn't weddings it's love. They are as happy for you as your family and do EVERYTHING you could possibly think of to make your day perfect. From the minute we walked in, we knew they were the venue for us. Thank you so much for everything 💚Adrian and his team have thought of it all! I cannot recommend the team enough, they made us feel so comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. From the moment we first set eyes on Cider Mill Barns we knew it was the right venue for us. The outdoor space is excellent but the indoor space is perfectly set up for weddings. We got married on 3 January so it was important that the whole day could take place inside if necessary, and Cider Mill Barns provided plenty of room, with good flow and no need to move around or change tables during the celebrations. As we planned the wedding throughout the year, it only became more apparent that the venue was perfect for us, and our food tasting day also made it clear that the food would be excellent. Any questions we had while planning were answered quickly and we were able to discuss what we wanted with Adrian and Lily to truly personalise the day. On the day, Adrian, Lily, Fiona and the team did not disappoint. The day ran seamlessly without any need for us or our guests to do anything, we were looked after brilliantly, the food was incredible and the team catered attentively for those with special dietary requirements and picky children. So many guests commented on how lovely the venue and the food was without being prompted. We’d also booked the on site accommodation, and again the team looked after us, providing a night cap and a delicious breakfast for everyone staying the day after. While we were enjoying breakfast, the team at the venue were tidying and boxing all of our decorations so we could just load the cars and get going. Everyone told us planning and setting up our wedding would be one of the most stressful thing we’d ever done, but it never felt like that for us and we think a big part was down to Cider Mill Barns - both the quality of the venue itself and the professionalism and knowledge of all the team.From the moment we first set eyes on Cider Mill Barns we knew it was the right venue for us. Cider Mill Barns was an absolutely amazing venue from start to finish. We looked at a few venues - but Cider Mill Barns was the complete standout for a few reasons. Firstly, the food all sounded amazing and it was clear the team would be flexible and meet our needs. When it came to the day, we had Camembert to start, beef wellington for main as a feasting menu, and tiramisu for dessert. The food was all top notch, but in particular the beef wellington was genuinely the best we’ve ever had - the quality was astounding, especially when it was for 90 people! We got so many compliments on how amazing the food was. Secondly, the venue itself is stunning and Cider Mill Barns have loads of decorations you can use which is super helpful. We did a mix of bringing in our own decorations for a Christmas themed wedding, but also using some of theirs. We were able to put up lots of Christmas trees and hang wreaths in the dining room, and the team was super flexible in allowing us to put our own stamp on the venue. Finally, a massive shout out to the team at Cider Mill Barns - particularly Adrian and Lily. They are genuinely the most friendly, helpful and kind people you will meet and nothing was ever too much. From the moment we met Adrian we knew we could trust him with our wedding, and the experience with the team the whole way through was brilliant. Where to begin? We knew Cider Mill Barns was our perfect wedding venue as soon as we left our viewing. I was jumping up and down as we left and couldn't stop talking all the way home. This venue felt like home and we knew we needed to feel at home on our special day. Lily, Adrian and everyone made us feel at ease through the whole planning process and ironed out any concerns we had. The day itself went flawlessly and that is without doubt the result of the team going above and beyond. From accompanying my Mum into the ceremony to our night cap at the end of the evening Cider Mill couldn't of done more. We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and the team. Thank you Lily, Adrian and all the team behind the scenes at cider mill barns for making our wedding day 2 weeks ago the most special and memorable day of our lives. From start to finish of finding our venue to our wedding day they were attentive, communicative and delivered on everything we wanted for our wedding day. The team were friendly, efficient and professional. The food got raving reviews from our guests and our everyone certainly went home with very full tummies! The atmosphere was perfect inside and out where the younger ones (and older ones) enjoyed your outside space allowing space for lawn games. The cocktails and lovely bar staff also got great reviews (sadly I missed out on this part of the evening!) We had the most comfortable stay at the on site accommodation and was such a lovely touch bringing us a night cap where we were able to start processing what just took place! Frustratingly our 16 seater mini bus did not turn up and the staff were so quick to help our guests out and personally drove our remaining guests back to their hotels. They couldn't have done more for us! Thank you thank you thank you and we hold on to having made the most precious memories at cider mill barns! Couldn't recommend more to anyone newly engaged or looking for a beautiful venue in the country! On the day, we encourage all of our couples to go somewhere quiet after the ceremony and have a few minutes together, otherwise the day goes by in a whirlwind and you don't stop to take it all in!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

We love seeing old family photos of the couple - one couple who got married with us last year attached hundreds of photos to fairy lights and strung them all the way round the dining room!
