Isaacs on the Quay

I highly recommend Isaacs as a wedding venue. Sarah & Marcella were extremely helpful and professional and made sure that our day went according to plan. Arranging a wedding is quite stressful and to have Sarah & Marcella handle the detail and organisation on the day was a huge burden removed from our hands. We had a 1920's themed wedding and the afternoon tea was plentiful and tasty, The photos are fantastic with the waterfront as a background. We cannot thank Isaacs enough for a fantastic day

Isaacs on the quay is a beautiful venue both inside and out. Marcella & Sarah were accommodating and professional to all our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, including dietary requirements, guest mobility issues and bride specific requirements. The whole wedding went, surprisingly, without any hitches. All of our 70 guests enjoyed our wedding and remarked how fantastic Isaacs was, including the afternoon tea that was plentiful and tasty.

Marcella and her team at Isaacs could not have done any more for us. From our first meeting to the last dance, we knew that we were in safe hands.

Isaacs was the perfect venue for us in terms of location, being in the town centre it was easy for all our guests to find accommodation within walking distance. The venue itself is beautiful, particularly the ceremony room, but also the top floor and garden that we had sole use of. We had a fantastic relaxed day with a BBQ instead of a traditional sit-down meal, and having the use of the amazing Merchant House directly behind the night before and the night of the wedding made everything so easy!

Our wedding flowed perfectly due to Marcella/Sarah's pre planning & on the day organising ensuring everyone had a fantastic time. They were thorough & engaging. Marcella had great knowledge and advised us of what did/didn't work. They both listened to our ideas & were flexible to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble & the team were a pleasure to deal with. Every aspect was dealt with professionally & any issues were sorted efficiently leaving us stress free. We can't praise them enough.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, all guests commented on how fabulous the venue was and how perfectly it flowed from one setting to the next. The ceremony room was breathtaking, intimate and romantic. The courtyard was picturess, secluded and the BBQ was delicious and professionally served. The top bar evening reception was full of character, stunning lighting and made for a great party atmosphere. The backdrop of the marina provided the perfect wedding setting and ultimate photographs.

The event organisers really made sure all of my ideas came together and I could not have faulted their ability to make everything run smoothly leading up to and on the day!

It's was fab. It ran super smooth and delt with any sudden requests quickly on the day.

Just brilliant

Couldn't fault our venue at all. Every detail was spot on. Love that we were able to use our own devices to play our own music for the ceremony. Perfect weather helped but all in all and outstanding venue set within the beautiful ipswich quay. Staff were amazing through booking to our big day
