Our Wedding was Here

We got married at the Du Vin and from the moment I clicked on the form submission online to get more info, it has been seamless. Our wedding planner was a dream, the hotel is gorgeous and the day was just perfect. Great food I must add too! Blissful day that will be remembered by myself and my new husband for years to come. See you on our anniversary!

A Wonderful Experience

A wonderful venue for our daughter’s wedding. Everything was beautifully organized, the food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. We also stayed two nights and highly recommend the breakfast. We had the most comfortable bed and the pillows were better than my own and I’m very particular.

An exceptional Hotel in a superb location with remarkable attentive courteous happy staff.

Stayed at the Hotel du Vin for our daughter’s wedding ceremony. The location is perfect with private parking. We had an exceptional experience staying at this truly amazing hotel. The rooms were very tasteful decorated comfortable warm and spacious. The staff were very attentive courteous and passionate about creating lasting memories, the ceremony was very well orchestrated and the direction from the staff was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. We had a private room where we were served with delicious plentiful food, again the waiting on staff were exceptional professionals, the food was hot and delivered with speed by happy staff. Historically the hotel keeps lots of authentic touches creating the perfect setting for any occasion.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we looked at this one venue in York and knew it was for us. The communication with everyone involved leading up to the day was great! For us personally we let the venue set up our room for our wedding breakfast, it was absolutely stunning. A lot of care went into it and I can't say enough how gorgeous it was!

Absolutely Stunning!

We decided to host our UK Wedding at Hotel Du Vin York before we flew to Italy for our big wedding day. The staff at Hotel Du Vin were excellent. Fern and Kate were amazing. The hotel is absolutely stunning and spacious for our guests. The bedrooms were also delightful. Our day was so special and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue.

A stunning day!

The events team for Hotel du Vin were amazing. From the initial meeting with Fern, she looked after us and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted. On the day, everything seemed effortless and at no point did we feel like anything was too much ask or hassle. Kate, one of the hotel managers, made sure the day ran smoothly and made sure that my husband and I had absolutely nothing to stress about. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet were both gorgeous and our guests have commented on.
