Set within the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside, Hidden Oaks is exclusively yours from the afternoon before your wedding until midday the day after, allowing you to slow down, enjoy every moment, and spend quality time together across the entire weekend.
The venue features a collection of beautifully designed spaces, each offering its own unique atmosphere. Exchange vows in our stunning ceremony spaces, enjoy drinks and canapés surrounded by the picturesque grounds, and celebrate into the evening in our elegant reception space, thoughtfully designed for unforgettable moments.
With luxurious on-site accommodation for almost 100 guests, your closest loved ones can stay together under one roof, creating a relaxed and intimate feel throughout the weekend. From morning coffees and preparations before the ceremony to evening celebrations and relaxed breakfasts the following day, every moment can be enjoyed together.
Hidden Oaks is also home to a Hidden Spa, offering the perfect place to unwind before or after your celebrations. Guests can enjoy the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, pool, and a selection of indulgent treatments, adding an extra touch of luxury to the wedding experience.

The cottages and the lodges were very well appointed, the facilities were amazing and the staff were genuinely among the most hospitable and welcoming people I have met. They really made us feel welcome and enabled us to enjoy and savour every moment of the celebrations. I had the absolute pleasure of spending 4 nights at Hidden Oaks, to celebrate my son's wedding. Having all the cottages on site was perfect for us and something you don’t get with most wedding venues, our guests were blown away with how nice they were. Mollie was amazing throughout the planning process guiding us through each step. We began the weekend with Friday drinks in the barn for everyone staying at the amazing cottages on site. The day itself was amazing and ran smoothly and so well organised by Mollie and the team who were on hand to help with everything.A weekend we will cherish forever! Couples can exchange vows in our elegant indoor ceremony space, our stunning outdoor setting surrounded by the beauty of the grounds, or our main wedding reception room, which is also licensed. This gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect backdrop for your ceremony, whatever the season or style of your wedding.

Our hidden spa offers the ultimate place to relax and unwind, featuring a stunning 15m pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and tranquil relaxation areas. Guests can also enjoy a range of indulgent treatments, creating the perfect opportunity to recharge and enjoy a moment of calm before or after the celebrations.
