Exclusive Use of Main Hall and fully equipped Commercial Kitchen, from Friday 12pm to Sunday 12 noon, allowing time for setting-up before, and clearing up after, your Big Day.
Exclusive Use of Committee Room and small servery from Friday 12pm to Sunday 12 noon. This room is often used as a ‘rumpus room’ for little children during the speeches and grown-up stuff, or ‘quiet room’ for older guests and features a 32” colour TV set with Blu-Ray player.
Use of all tables and chairs.
Fire regulations permit us to seat 100 people at tables in the Main Hall.
Use of basic crockery, cutlery and glassware. Function-quality cutlery and crockery (white) is available at no extra charge.
White function-quality tablecloths are available to hire, although we encourage wedding couples to seek alternative tablecloths if possible. Please enquire about current charges for tablecloth hire – the fee will include the cost of laundering them.
Full use of our audio-visual package including CD/iPod input facilities, PA system, overhead projector and screen for your family DVD’s or for a rolling photographic display.
Full use of our west-facing sun patio and our patio furniture, and full (but not exclusive) use of the adjoining children’s playground.
Full use (but not exclusive) of that part of our field to the West of the Main Hall, for marquees, bouncy castles, field games, hog roasts, barbecues etc., with outdoor electric supplies if required.
Full use of all toilet and hand-washing facilities, including a fully equipped disabled toilet and baby-changing equipment.
Full free use of our car park (approx. 25 cars); there is a public car park right across the road, available for a small fee payable to the Parish Council.
The Hall will have been fully cleaned within 48 hours of the start of your booking period.
