Guildhall, Lichfield Full Description
The hall on the first floor is 87' (26m) long and 25' (7.5m) wide. It is wainscoted in oak, with a high pitched roof with hammer beams, giving a fine medieval appearance. Other smaller rooms are also available, which can be used as a quiet room or for children's entertainment. The hire of the Guildhall is extremely versatile. Outside caterers can be brought in, so you can have a medieval banquet, or a casual afternoon tea, or sausage and mash. The entertainment is also down to personal choice. There is a bar which you can hire, or you or your caterer can provide drinks. The only way to truly appreciate the Guildhall is to come and look round so please phone 01543 309850 to arrange a visit.
