Have your Wedding Ceremony at the Grand Opera House and you'll stand on a stage that's welcomed stars from Charlie Chaplin and Vera Lyn to Gary Barlow and Adele. And now it's your turn... The Grade-II listed, 1,000 seat theatre first opened its doors in 1902 and has seen many transformations. Since 1989 the venue has played host to ballet, opera and touring West End Musicals including Six, Pretty Woman, Heathers and We Will Rock You. Whether you want your guests in the Stalls, or you want to get married with our beautiful auditorium as your background with your guests joining you on stage, we will ensure your ceremony is exactly as you imagine. You will also have exclusive use of the Foyer Bar and Ambassador Theatre Lounge, both newly refurbished in October 2022. The Grand Opera House can accomodate wedding ceremonies from 2 - 200 people.
