We offer two wedding packages at the hall, both including exclusive hall hire from 5.30pm on the day before the wedding through to 11am the day after to give you plenty of time to set up/decorate and clear away afterwards. Our Budget Wedding Package includes the following: • Exclusive hire of the Mayne and Small Halls, our fully equipped kitchen (suitable for caterers) and all communal areas • Use of our tables and chairs • Staffed bar open until midnight and stocked with your favourite tipples! • Access to a sound system which can be used with ipads/phones/laptops/CDs • Full cleaning service afterwards Our Deluxe Wedding Package includes all of the above plus the following extras: • Drapes hung around the Mayne Hall complete with twinkle lights • Full set up of the tables and chairs, as per your instructions • Stage for your DJ or Band plus a glitter backdrop • Our dedicated Events Coordinator on hand to make sure every detail is planned and organised, keeping stress levels to a minimum Useful information about our hall: • The maximum capacity for the Mayne hall is 250, we have seating and crockery for up to 120 people for your reception/meal • Great links to Lancaster and Morecambe with the motorway junction just a few minutes away. • You are welcome to use our large car park • We also provide tea/coffee service in the foyer and a full washing up service on the day (if required for an extra charge) Of course, our packages can be tailored to suit your requirements.
