Lisa and her team made our day special from beginning to end !!! From the welcome drinks ,to the 3 course wedding breakfast! And the home made pizzas at night ,every aspect was thought of ,and personal to us ,lisa also did our wedding flowers ! we would not change a thing about our day ,and could not recommend this hotel enough ! Absolutely beautiful We had our wedding reception at grains bar hotel ,what an amazing day ! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the views are just stunning !!! The staff were so polite nothing was too much trouble they pulled all the stops out to make it a perfect day. The venue is stunning we had a bbq train outside. The setting was beautiful, everything was so well organised, and the whole day ran perfectly. The staff were amazing – so friendly, helpful, and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. They made our day feel so special and stress-free. So much to talk about but the main thing that's memorable about the day other than saying "I Do",is Stacey the wedding planner "I gotcha"kind of aura from the first meet to our last dance nothing was to much trouble and went above and beyond for a special day ,a day we dreamed of for 28yrs so perfect our family and guest had nothing but good words to say about how they was made to feel so welcome, if we could do our day again with out hesitation it would be this venue Grains bar hotel did we mention the stunning views! .....even with the storms theres a solution to those memorable photos for the wedding album....ask Stacey, she's gotcha xxWhat can we say !
