Set alongside the water in Canary Wharf, The Pelligon brings together contemporary architecture, natural light and flexible space within one distinctive setting. Designed by César Pelli, the venue is known for its soaring ceilings, glass frontage and open layout, creating an atmosphere that feels bright and expansive from the moment guests arrive.
The venue is made up of several connected spaces, including the main hall, mezzanine gallery and waterside terrace, allowing each part of the day to unfold naturally. From the ceremony through to dinner and evening celebrations, the layout can be shaped around different styles of wedding, whether you’re planning something more intimate or a larger gathering with family and friends.
Throughout the day, the space changes with the light, creating a setting that feels just as suited to daytime ceremonies as it does to evening celebrations. The waterside terrace offers guests somewhere to step outside during the reception, while still feeling connected to the atmosphere of the day and the city around it.
Our Main Hall & Gallery are both licensed for Civil Ceremonies. Please note if you wish for the room to be turned around from a ceremony layout to a wedding reception, additional charges apply for staffing and furniture collection/delivery
Use of live flame is not permitted in the venue with the exception of religious ceremonies that require a small live flame. To gain approval, we do require a health & safety risk assessment to ensure the process is safe for all guests and there is an additional charge for a fire warden for the duration of the live flame.
There are 3 car parks on the estate which are operated by Canary Wharf. The closest car park to The Pelligon is Jubilee Place Car Park. Parking information can be found here: canarywharf.com/parking

Yes, all catering must be provided through our in-house catering team, or one of our listed approved caterers for cultural catering.
The Waterside Terrace is your designated smoking area for the event however, if you wish to host a drinks reception in this area we can accommodate up to 120 guests with minimal furniture. Please note an additional cost will apply for additional security.
Please seek approval with your venue manager prior to booking any external suppliers to avoid any disappointment.
Yes absolutely, we can offer the Green Room which is directly adjacent to the Main Hall. The additional hire for this space would be £1,800.00.
