Fully licensed for civil ceremonies, the Hotel offers four beautifully appointed spaces including their new outdoor Pavilion for both intimate and larger weddings. An experienced team thoughtfully tailors every detail. Couples can enjoy exclusive touches including a complimentary food tasting, early access to luxurious bedrooms, and a relaxed breakfast the following morning. We have 15 stunning bedrooms which you and your Guests will love when you arrive and settle in after the Big Day comes to an end, we also have the options to add four extra single beds and we have our wheelchair accessible room and facilities.
Our Housekeeping team have been with us for 20 years, and we love to ensure you are more than comfortable, check out the next day feeling relaxed and taking away blissful memories.

The staff are all welcoming, and we truly felt like they went above and beyond for us. Anything we asked for, they were happy to help with. Jordan was also an incredible help at making sure the day ran smoothly. She kept things on track and always made sure we had a drink in our hands! She saw our vision for the day and made sure it came to life. We can’t fault the day in any way, it was perfect. We even hit the jackpot with the weather, and the grounds outside make for beautiful photo opportunities! Dovecliff Hall is the perfect wedding venue! The venue itself is beautiful, and so are the grounds. The staff are all welcoming, and we truly felt like they went above and beyond for us. Anything we asked for, they were happy to help with. Jordan was also an incredible help at making sure the day ran smoothly. She kept things on track and always made sure we had a drink in our hands! She saw our vision for the day and made sure it came to life. We can’t fault the day in any way, it was perfect. - SStacey & John04/02/2026Pure Perfection!! Pure Perfection!!We had our special day at Dovecliff in March 25 and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We first saw Dovecliff online and fell in love with it. A perfect mix of the historic features of the manor house, but with beautiful bright rooms, modern decore, the orangery (which we instantly knew was where we wanted our ceremony to be!) And the stunning gardens with the ancient cedar tree was a beautiful backdrop for our pictures! We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather on our day, 17 degrees and beautiful sunshine in March! So we had lots of outdoor photos but even if we hadn't had the weather there was plenty of beautiful indoor photo opportunities aswell (the grand staircase being one of the focal points). Another thing that drew us to this venue was the exclusive use and that all bedrooms were included in the hire, meaning most of our guests could stay over and everyone having breakfast together the next morning was a lovely way to finish off the celebrations. Dovecliff has won many awards for their weddings, food, and the hotel in general and they are all well deserved! Our day was perfect from start to finish. Jordan (wedding co-ordinator) was amazing. She kept regular contact throughout the whole planning process and was with us for the whole day. We even had a last minute change on the day to put our games outside due to the good weather and I remember being in the bridal suite getting ready and seeing Jordan putting together our giant connect 4 outside on the lawn. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it and that the day ran smoothly! (Even me, being a little bit of a control freak was put at ease by the excellency of Jordan & all the other Dovecliff staff) The food served for our wedding lunch, evening buffet, and breakfast the next morning was divine, all our guests commented on how nice it was. Overall I would 100% recommend Dovecliff to anyone looking to get married. Thank you Dovecliff for going above and beyond to make our day perfect! Jordan has been so patient and consistent during the whole planning process, whilst everything seemed like chaos. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the grounds are stunning. We could not have picked a more perfect venue with a nicer staff team. The venue was pure perfection from its stunning grounds to the delicious food. Jordan and all the staff were on hand all day, to ensure the day ran smoothly from start to finish. The venue and facilities were all spotless and everyone had positive feedback about the venue, especially the confetti walk which is just picturesque!! After being unsure of whether we wanted somewhere with exclusive hire, as we had less than 60 guests and thought it wouldn't fit into the budget, we're so glad we did and found one within budget. The whole reception felt so intimate while also having enough space for people to spread out in the evening. It was so special having breakfast with close family and friends too the following morning. Jordan was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process, offering her advice when we asked but without being pushy so the whole thing felt truly like our day. Jordan helped us set up the tables the day before, and on the day was such a huge help - the day went so smoothly and everyone knew where they needed to be. The venue itself was gorgeous, and the conservatory was the perfect place for the evening party - as Jordan said, it definitely gave Mamma Mia vibes! We were very lucky with the weather, but one of our main reasons for choosing the venue was that it wouldn't matter if it rained, because there was plenty of indoor space. As it's so nicely decorated too, we didn't need to add to many decorations which really helped save some budget. The food was incredible, and we'll definitely be back on anniversaries and special occasions. Our sprawling grounds offer various fantastic photo opportunities, but my personal favourites are underneath the ancient cedar tree with the backdrop of the Hotel or between the lavender path.
