The team, were so accommodating and flexible, always super responsive to communication, happy to allow a number of site visits in preparation of the big day, and showed such commitment and energy to ensure our celebration was perfect in every way. We've had so many amazing comments from our guests, with many saying it was the best wedding they have ever attended. The Cress Lake team worked tirelessly to ensure that we had an amazing day from start to finish.

The venue itself is lush, green and natural with simple, defined pathways and discretely added ‘comfort’ features (toilets, bar etc.). The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful - nothing is too much to ask. They helped in every aspect of our special day and remained jolly and efficient throughout the afternoon and long into the evening. We were fortunate enough to have glorious weather which only added to the already astonishing setting.

From our first meeting with Ben and Georgie it just felt so right. We quickly knew that they would be able to bring our vision of the perfect wedding day to life and they absolutely nailed it. The team, including Sam and Leigh, were so accommodating and flexible, allowing our extensive input, ideas and hands on creativity, without any issue. This is a gorgeous wedding venue set in beautiful countryside in an almost secret location. Perfect for a relaxed wedding, ceremonies can take place in front of the lake while receptions are in a beautiful tipi on the other side overlooking the water. The owners are amazing; so friendly and super helpful.
