Nestled in the North West Corner of Kent but just 12 miles from the City of London and 10 miles from Canary Wharf, we are perfectly located for ease of access whilst enjoying the country ambience.
We have a regal history of which we are proud. Camden Place was once the home of Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie during their years of exile.
Today this magnificent setting can be the backdrop for your wedding and you can be sure that we will endeavour to make it especially memorable.
We are a unique location for your special day. The mansion is set well back from the road in 70 acres of beautiful grounds that emanate peace and tranquillity.
We have a selection of rooms, each with its own story to tell, ensuring you have just the right level of intimacy that you desire for your big day.
The high ceilings, period fireplaces and architectural details are representative of its fine Georgian heritage.
These combine to give you a sense of grandeur deserved of such a special event. The grand hallway with its magnificent sweeping staircase provides a stunning photographic opportunity.
As a registered Civil Marriage Ceremony venue, you can enjoy the convenience of holding a ceremony or both ceremony and reception in a stunning location. All four rooms are licensed for Wedding Ceremonies.
For a celebration of such significance, you need a venue where you can be confident that everything will run smoothly, not only on the day but in the hectic period beforehand.
We have a professional team who will be dedicated to ensure you receive the highest level of service and care, through a warm welcome and flexible approach to planning your special occasion, from a pre-event menu and wine tasting to reception drinks, wedding breakfast, flowers and entertainment.
