Caer Llan

We were lucky enough to be married at the Caer Llan over a wonderful weekend in June 2024. The building, the ground and the view are all stunning and made for some brilliant photos. The food throughout the weekend was sublime, all of our guests could not stop raving about it! One of the reasons we chose Caer Llan as our venue was Vicky and Jake. Simple put, they know how to do weddings. In the 18 months we've been corresponding they could not of been more helpful and accommodating, they made us feel a million dollars! You know you're in good hands when all of your suppliers comment on how good they are, when you tell them the venue. Throughout the weekend all the staff were fab, very friendly and always helpful. We can very much recommend the wedding weekend experience. Arriving on Friday afternoon and being able to get everything ready in our own pace was much more relaxing. It was also lovely being able to spend Friday evening with our nearest and dearest, before the main event on Saturday. Thank you so much to all the staff at Caer Llan!

Our Wedding Day A big thank you to Jake, Vicky, Jodie and all the Caer Llan staff for making our wedding day so special. All our guests have commented on the stunning views and the amazing food. Caer Llan is such a personal home from home environment and our day was just so chilled (exactly what we wanted). Vicky was so amazing on the build up to our wedding, answering all my email questions and allowing us to visit several times. On the day, both Jake and Jodie made everything run so smoothly and effortlessly. Caer Llan will now always hold a special place in our hearts and we are so so glad we chose to get married here ❤️

My son and Daughter in law just got married at Caer Llan. It really was a fairytale wedding. Such a perfect location, a beautiful setting. Vicki and Jake ( see photo ) made sure everything was running smoothly, staff couldn’t do any more to look after the Gorgeous bride and Groom and the guests. The food was delicious )but far too much of it!) Nothing was to much trouble. From the time the wedding started to our departure ( Fri-Sun ) What an incredible experience and celebration not only for the bride and groom but all the family and friends who attended. Thank you to everyone at Caer Llan you are awesome the wedding really was a fairytale wedding Thank you doesn’t seem enough.

Caer Llan is truly a magical wedding venue. We had the most incredible 2 night wedding package and enjoyed the most memorable and special time. Jake & Vicki could not do enough for us from the start. They are professional, experienced and made our day feel so personal; it could not have been more perfect. A stunning location, delicious food, fantastic range of drinks, fabulous rooms, the best staff...we just wished we could do it all again! Book your big day here and share in the magic. 💖

What a venue! Our few days spent here were some of the best we've had and I know from the feedback of our guests, that feeling is mutual with many saying it was the best wedding they had been to. The location of Caer Llan and the attention we all received was absolutely key to that success. I'd happily do the whole thing again!

We can't recommend Caer Llan enough! Everything was perfect from start to finish - Jake & Vicky were incredibly helpful from the very start of our planning through to saying goodbye. They made our special day so much more special than we could have ever dreamed of. Every request we had they obliged and even had plenty of suggestions too which were all very welcomed. The food was incredible, all of the guests raved about it. The staff were all friendly and the bar man, Chris, was so kind and accommodating. We wish we could do it all again and we wouldn't change a thing!

I'm not sure where to even start but we loved having our wedding at Caer Llan. Jake and Vicky were so lovely and helpful throughout the planning of the wedding and the day itself and provided the perfect day, nothing was too much of an ask. You will blown away by the stunning view! The food is excellent and there were lovely rooms available on site for our wedding parties and families. This was the perfect venue for us, it felt intimate and totally personal. We could not recommend this place enough!

We simply had the best day of our lives at Caer Llan, with the most attentive and generous hosts we could have asked for. The venue and backdrop is absolutely stunning. Months on from our day, our friends still say the wedding was the best they had been to because of the atmosphere and the stunning views. They said it felt like a summer party abroad! The venue just made everyone relax and have fun. Vicky & Jake are phenomenal at what they do and making everyone there feel like a friend. They are always close on hand and communication was spot on the whole way from booking Caer Llan to the morning after the wedding. They covered all bases and we really felt like we were in safe hands and could enjoy the day. Having the wedding breakfast outside was so beautiful it was surreal, and walking around the grounds with our photographer was another highlight as it's so lovely and well kept. The food was so tasty and everyone's needs were met, even the evening food was so good one of my friends asked me if we could go back for a party someday just for the BBQ! When you're at Caer Llan for your wedding, you feel that exclusivity and that you are somewhere really special, away in nature with your nearest and dearest, well fed and comfortable - what more could you want from a wedding!

My husband and I got married in Caer Llan in February 2023, and honestly we couldn't have chosen a better venue for the amazing over all experience we received. Right from visiting for the first time, Jake and Vicky were so attentive, always on hand to answer questions and provide support, and really made us feel at ease if we had any worries. Vicky even sat us down the night before the wedding to do a proper run through of the day, which helped us so much. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and you can't beat the views of the Monmouthshire hills that you get from the balcony. The food was incredible and very reasonably priced, the bar staff were lovely, the accommodation was brilliant and all of our guests loved being able to stay over the night before the wedding as well as the night of. Caer Llan was our first and only choice - we didn't want to visit anywhere else after seeing Caer Llan because to us it was just perfect.
