East Lothian’s newest luxury wedding venue combines rustic charm and premium finishes. Featured within the venue is a specially developed ceremonial hall with glazed wall and original stonework, complemented by a spacious, daylight-filled dining room created from the estate’s historic cart shed. Thoughtfully designed bridal and groom suites, a cosy bar area and three beautifully appointed cottages supplement the estate’s existing self-catering properties for guest accommodation. With a plethora of sumptuous cuisines for you to design your own bespoke menu, this picturesque venue is the ultimate destination wedding location.

Our EXAMPLE PACKAGE includes: Facility fee - including exclusive use of Broxmouth Courtyard venue for two nights, including use of the ceremony hall, dining hall, lighting and sound system, choice of tables (rounds or rectangular rustic trestle tables), white linen (table cloths for round tables), crockery, cutlery and glassware. Catering - Glass of Prosecco and three canapes post ceremony, three course wedding breakfast including choice of up to three dishes for each course plus dietary requirements, half bottle of wine matched to your menu, glass of Prosecco to toast the married couple. Wine and menu tasting ahead of your special day. Complimentary honeymoon accommodation for the married couple on the night of the wedding in our premium lodge with hot tub. Our packages are bespoke and include guest accommodation in our three courtyard cottages for two nights, sleeping up to 27. We also have the option to book additional onsite accommodation for up to a further 34 guests.

From beginning to end, 100% the best experience we’ve ever had. We had no intentions of booking Broxmouth at first as it was the first place we visited and just booked to “get a feel for looking for what we want” and before we even entered the courtyard, we knew this was where we were getting married - and didn’t hesitate! We were shown round and the further in we went, the bigger the feeling was! Getting settled in to coordinator life, Sarah was with us every step of the way, my ideal “party planner”! (For lack of better words, words do not suffice with how happy we were with her!!) she took literally every single question and idea that we had and turned it into reality. Even better than reality! We had a beautiful, and I mean BEAUTIFUL group of staff on hand to help us on the day. Sarah, “Beverley Hills”, Katie, Mai(?) and the rest of the team I didn’t catch names of, were literally fantastic. The way they look after you is genuinely fairytale, a surreal experience that had not only us but all of our guests in complete awe. They were behind us at every point, they were perfection putting food down to tables, handing drinks out, organising our group line up for our aisle moments, sorting dresses, capturing photos/videos, driving everyone around the venue, sorting our lodges, helping our outside suppliers, and the best bit, joining our dance floor with some pretty spectacular shapes 😄💕 if you want a venue that you can rely on the staff, have absolutely no worries about the run of the day, and know you’re in safe hands? These are the guys to do it with. We really really could not in any way recommend Sarah and the team at Broxmouth Courtyard more! The best, most magical experience ever. We really cannot thank every single one of them enough. Broxmouth Courtyard was so much more than just the venue for us. It was the accomodation for us two and so many of our guest, it was where we partied the night before with a delicious Mexican feast, it was where we said our I do's, and it was where we celebrated after becoming Mr and Mrs. The venue itself is so beautiful from the accomodation, to the venue, to the honeymoon lodge on the water. There is little need for decor beyond flowers. However, the thing that makes this venue the best, is the team behind it. We cannot put into words how amazing the full team were. Starting with our wedding coordinator (Georgia) who led us through the full planning and hosted us for the meal and wine tasting. Georgia was approachable anytime before the wedding for any questions we had to help plan such as size of table runners etc. She was also super supportive on the Friday and Saturday, there and ready to help with anything. The team supporting Georgia with transport, music, service and more were incredible. They engaged with the guests, ensured everyone had what they needed and did it all with humour. The bar staff were hilarious and got behind the vibe of the wedding. The venue is incredibly dog friendly, which we appreciated having three pups who attended. Broxmouth Courtyard was so much more than just the venue for us. We had the best day of our lives! The team was incredible from orchestrating our double bridal entrance to dancing at dinner service - you went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful. Georgia, thank you! You were with us every step of the way and did everything possible to give us our fairytale day. When we first visited Broxmouth we fell in love with the venue but we never expected the kindness and magic the team brought to our day. What a way to start married life!We had the best day of our lives!
