We have just got back from our honeymoon. I just wanted to say what a wonderful wedding we had. Everything was well planned and well organised. The staff were lovely throughout and everything went perfectly... ... The food was lovey and it all went like clockwork. The credit for the organisation of it is down to you. I’d like to say that I was very impressed with how Karen dealt with my enquiry at the beginning when I contacted her to see if we could book our wedding with you. The hotel is so beautiful and made the most perfect setting for us and I wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to have the wedding. All of the staff were so lovely and accommodating and we felt truly special the whole way through the planning process and the day itself. We held our wedding celebration here in July 2023. Karen and her team were excellent. They were extremely helpful throughout the planning leading up to the event, and couldn't have been more helpful on the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble. The Elgar suite provided an ideal location. It was a good layout with a sperate bar and toilets for our guests. The hot buffet provided was delicious. Our thanks go to the chef. From our initial meeting over 1 year ago you have demonstrated the professionalism that gave us the confidence that our big day was going to be a success. We were correct in that assumption. The room set up for all 3 things (ceremony, wedding breakfast and the evening ceremony) was again, perfectly done and worked really well. The service and food was incredible. I received many compliments from my guests about how delicious the food was and I must agree. I'd like to thank Karen for helping to organise the whole day and for helping us achieve our dream wedding, especially after we had to cancel a few times with other venues due to covid (and none were as warming or accommodating as you) Overnight accommodation, again, fantastic. The bridal suite is beautiful. All in all, it was the most perfect day for us. We are so grateful we were finally able to get married and it went so smoothly and we enjoyed every second. The only complaint I have is that it went far too quickly! If I could do it all over again, I would choose Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa every single time. Thank you so much for everything! My son got married here on 07/05/2022 , Karen the wedding coordinator was amazing , she guided us throughout the whole experience from our 1st visit through to the day itself , nothing was too much trouble. The room was dressed to such a high standard The food was lovely Disco went on until 01:00 hrs We loved the fact that the wedding venue is away from the main part of the hotel , there is also it's own bar I could not fault the venue , the staff were all excellent We all had such an amazing day , many wonderful memories were made thank you Karen for making this happen , you are a credit to the hotel, I highly recommend this venue for a wedding .
