Description

At Boundless Weddings, we believe your celebration should be more than just a wedding day. It should be a wedding weekend.

Choose from two exclusive-use woodland venues in Worcestershire: Bell Heath, set within ancient woodland near Belbroughton, and Malvern, nestled in the beautiful Malvern Hills. Whichever you choose, you'll have the venue from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning, giving you the time and freedom to celebrate your way entirely.

Unlike traditional wedding venues, we don't believe in rigid packages or endless restrictions. Bring your own caterers, work with ours, or create a combination that suits you. Supply your own drinks with no corkage charges, style the spaces exactly as you've imagined, and choose the suppliers you love. From outdoor blessings beneath the trees to woodland drinks receptions, BBQs, banquets or dancing the night away, every detail is yours to decide.

Both venues offer beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 100 guests, so your celebrations can continue whatever the weather. Exchange vows surrounded by nature, gather around the campfire beneath the stars, then wake up together the next morning to relive every unforgettable moment.

A Boundless wedding is about spending more time with the people who matter most. On-site accommodation is included with your weekend hire, so there's no need for taxis, hotel bookings or ending the celebrations early. Bell Heath can accommodate up to 76 guests, with additional glamping available for larger parties, while Malvern offers accommodation for up to 116 guests. Bell Heath also features a private Woodland Cottage with a wood-fired hot tub - the perfect retreat for newlyweds.

The weekend doesn't have to end after the wedding day. Enjoy a relaxed gathering on Friday evening, celebrate on Saturday, then share breakfast together on Sunday before heading home; or make the most of our optional outdoor activities, including archery, climbing and high ropes, for a memorable finish to your celebrations.

Weekend hire starts from £3,500, including exclusive use and on-site accommodation, with off-peak weddings at Bell Heath available from £2,500.

If you're looking for a relaxed woodland wedding with complete flexibility, exclusive use and the freedom to celebrate without compromise, Boundless Weddings gives you the space and time to create a celebration that's truly yours.

Where is Boundless Outdoors Weddings located?

Boundless Weddings offers two exclusive-use outdoor wedding venues in Worcestershire. Bell Heath is set within ancient woodland near Belbroughton, while our Malvern venue is located in the beautiful Malvern Hills. Both venues are surrounded by nature, yet are easily accessible from the Midlands and beyond, making them ideal for couples looking for a countryside wedding without being too far from major transport links.

What types of wedding ceremonies can I have at Boundless Outdoors?

At Boundless Weddings, you have the freedom to create a ceremony that feels completely personal to you. Many couples choose an outdoor blessing or symbolic ceremony surrounded by woodland, where they can exchange vows in a beautiful natural setting with family and friends.

At present, neither of our venues is licensed to conduct legal wedding ceremonies. Most couples choose to complete the legal formalities at their local register office before celebrating with us. This gives you complete flexibility to design a meaningful ceremony without the restrictions of a licensed venue.

Whether you're planning an intimate woodland blessing, a humanist celebration, or a personalised ceremony led by a celebrant, we'll help you create a moment that's truly yours.

How many guests can Boundless Outdoors accommodate?

Both of our Worcestershire wedding venues can host celebrations for up to 100 guests in their indoor reception spaces, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy throughout your wedding weekend.

Accommodation is included with your exclusive weekend hire, allowing your guests to stay on site and make the most of the celebrations. Bell Heath can accommodate up to 76 guests, with additional glamping available for larger parties, while Malvern can sleep up to 116 guests with additional accommodation hired.

If you're planning a smaller celebration, both venues are equally well-suited to intimate weddings, offering the same exclusive use and relaxed weekend experience, whatever your guest list.

Is the venue available for exclusive use?

Yes. Both of our wedding venues are available on an exclusive-use basis, so you'll have the entire venue to yourselves from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning.

That means no other weddings, no shared spaces and no interruptions; just you, your family and friends enjoying the whole venue at your own pace. You'll have plenty of time to decorate, celebrate and relax, without feeling rushed, making it easy to turn your wedding day into an unforgettable wedding weekend.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the wedding?

Yes. One of the things couples love most about Boundless Weddings is the freedom to celebrate their way.

You're welcome to bring your own caterers, work with ours, or choose a combination that suits your plans. Our venues have fully equipped kitchens available for caterers to use, giving you complete flexibility over your wedding menu.

You're also welcome to supply your own drinks, and we never charge corkage. Whether you're planning a prosecco tower, local ales, cocktails or homemade elderflower fizz, the choice is entirely yours. To serve alcohol, you'll simply need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), which is straightforward to arrange, and we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Is there onsite accommodation available for guests?

Yes. On-site accommodation is included with your exclusive weekend hire, so your guests can relax and enjoy the celebrations without worrying about taxis, hotels or travelling home at the end of the night.

At Bell Heath, accommodation is available for up to 76 guests, with additional glamping options for larger celebrations. The venue also features a private Woodland Cottage, sleeping 6–8 guests, complete with a wood-fired hot tub – the perfect retreat for the newlyweds.

At Malvern, the main accommodation sleeps 18 guests, with additional accommodation available to hire, increasing capacity to up to 116 guests. This means your whole wedding party can stay together for the weekend, making the most of every moment from Friday through to Sunday.

What makes Boundless Outdoors Weddings unique?

Boundless Weddings is all about giving you the freedom to create a wedding that's completely your own.

Instead of hiring a venue for just a few hours, you'll have exclusive use from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning, turning your wedding day into a relaxed weekend celebration with the people you love most.

There are no rigid packages, approved supplier lists or corkage charges. You're free to choose your own caterers, bring your own drinks, decorate the venue your way and create a celebration that reflects your personalities, not a template.

Set in beautiful woodland locations across Worcestershire, our venues combine stunning outdoor spaces with practical indoor facilities, on-site accommodation and the flexibility to celebrate whatever the weather. From campfires beneath the stars to breakfast together the next morning, it's a wedding experience that's designed around time, freedom and making unforgettable memories.

Is there support available from the Boundless Outdoors team for planning my wedding?

Absolutely. Our team is here to support you as much or as little as you need throughout the planning process.

Whether you have questions about the venue, accommodation, catering, suppliers or how your weekend will run, we're always happy to help. We can recommend trusted local suppliers if you're looking for inspiration, or simply provide the space and flexibility for you to organise everything yourselves.

From your first viewing through to your wedding weekend, we'll work with you to make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy creating a celebration that's truly your own.

What kind of wedding themes suit Boundless Outdoors?

One of the best things about Boundless Weddings is that our venues are a blank canvas, giving you the freedom to create a celebration that reflects your style.

Our woodland settings are perfect for boho, festival-inspired, rustic, outdoor and nature-inspired weddings, but they're just as suited to elegant, minimalist or contemporary celebrations. Whether you're dreaming of long banquet tables beneath the trees, fairy lights in the woodland, colourful bunting, a black-tie dinner or a relaxed campfire gathering, you can make the space your own.

With exclusive use of the venue, no approved supplier lists and plenty of time to decorate before your wedding day, you're free to bring your vision to life without the restrictions often found at traditional wedding venues.

How accessible is Boundless Outdoors for guests traveling to the wedding?

Both of our wedding venues are set in beautiful Worcestershire countryside, offering a peaceful woodland setting while remaining easy to reach from the Midlands and beyond.

Bell Heath is located near Belbroughton, while Malvern is nestled in the Malvern Hills. Both venues are within easy reach of major road networks, making them convenient for guests travelling by car.

With on-site accommodation included as part of your weekend hire, many of your guests can stay at the venue, making the celebrations more relaxed and removing the need to arrange taxis or nearby hotels at the end of the evening.
