Bert’s Barrow

Honestly so so pleased we chose to get married at Bert’s. Charlotte & Jason were there from our very first contact for any questions we had. They helped reassure us that we could make our day with them as personal to us as possible and we did just that. The barns are set up so well & I honestly think they speak for themselves. We went with a lot of the trusted suppliers and were so incredibly pleased with them all.

The most amazing wedding venue. We had the most amazing day. Nothing was to much to ask of charlotte and her husband Jason. They made the day run so smoothly and were so helpful in any questions that we had.

We can not thank Charlotte and Jason enough for everything they did for us for our wedding day. Anything we needed, they helped with and so much more. What I love so much about this venue is that you know that Charlotte and Jason want you to have the best time. It’s not just ‘a job’ for them, they genuinely want your day to be perfect and they take so much pride in what they do, it is their home after all and I can not thank them enough. The venue is amazing and we had the best day. I wish I could do it all over again. Would also highly recommend Brett for the food who also runs the bar, the best BBQ ever and nothing was too much for him either. Thank you to all that contributed to our wedding day, it was perfect.

Bert’s Barrow was the very first venue we saw and I instantly fell in love with the light wall in the main barn! Charlotte and Jason were so helpful from the very beginning, suggesting suppliers and offering help with anything else we needed. What I loved most about Bert’s was the fact that you can make it whatever you want, we had our ceremony outside which was so beautifully decorated and Brett and team at Liquid Catering allowed us to fully customise our menu to reflect us and what we wanted the day to be, laid back and fun. On the day of the wedding Charlotte was on hand to keep me calm and to direct me and the bridesmaids when to walk down the aisle which took away a lot of stress. What I loved so much about Charlotte and Jason was that nothing was too much for them and the feeling that our day mattered as much to them as it did to us! I cannot recommend Berts Barrows highly enough! Thank you so much Charlotte and Jason

We had our wedding reception at Berts Barrow. It was the best day ever. So much so that we went back and used them for our sons christening party. Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, Jason and Brett. It’s lovely to put your own stamp on an already beautiful venue. All our guests still talk about what an amazing wedding it was.

The venue looked perfect and you two have both been amazing at helping us pull it all together. We had our Wedding Reception here and oh my gosh what a day! it was absolutely amazing. Charlotte and her Husband ran the day perfectly. It was everything we imagined and more. If you're considering getting married, I would definitely recommend here 100%. The place itself and it's surroundings are gorgeous. Nothing was too much trouble for Berts Barrow and you can literally decorate it to your taste. Everyone commented on how different and enjoyable our wedding was.

Working in the wedding industry myself I have visited and worked at so many venues around Yorkshire. I knew I wanted something very informal and relaxed and 100% knew it would be at Bert's. Charlotte and Jason went above and beyond for us and I will be forever thankful for all they did. All the guests enjoyed themselves and we have the most incredible wedding photographs to show. I love this place it made us feel warm inside. It was my perfect day. Just how I imagined it. Charlotte was really helpful and give me some good idea with final bits for the day. I used they bar and catering staff. Which was outstanding. Got say they made my day. Brett did everything to make it perfect. I will uses venue again in future. As Views and place as wow factor.

We got married in Greece then had a large party on our return. We chose Berts Barrow as a venue as we just love it. It has a great feel and Jason and Charlotte are fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we got the night we wanted. They were always at hand when needed but left us to organise our day. We would highly recommend having your wedding here x
