Can’t thank the staff enough. They were friendly,patient and extremely professional. They helped me with everything as I am not good with emails so would ring me. The bar staff were amazing, and very efficient. There was nothing we had to worry about. The wedding planner talked us through every detail and got us where we needed to be. I wish we could do it all again. And will be booking in for our first anniversary.

Our wedding was the evening special, we were married at 5pm outside and went straight into the evening do. I couldn’t recommend this venue more. Not only because it’s such a beautiful setting, but the wedding team and decorating team are so attentive and genuinely cared about us having a fantastic day. I have never felt so cared for and important. Nothing was a bother and they even threw in a few extra bits for free on the day to make the room better

We had an absolutely amazing wedding here at Beamish Hall. If you want to feel like you are putting your day in experienced hands then I would recommend this venue. Having such high levels of professionalism and experience meant that we could relax and enjoy our day. At the same time, we really felt like our day was special and our own requests/look were really taken into account. The decoration team were brilliant and flexible, even when we were initally quite indecisive about what we wanted. We also had some guests with serious medical conditions that required certain accommodations - nothing was too much trouble. We loved having the Exclusively Yours package which meant that we could have the ceremony, breakfast and evening reception in three different rooms. The Shafto suite was lovely for the ceremony - with the stained glass and wood panelling, it gives you the feel of being in a church, even though you aren't. We had our wedding breakfast in the Monboucher suite, where the natural lighting was gorgeous, as were the original period features. The food was fantastic quality - just as much care went into it for our meal tasting for two as it did for our breakfast for over 90 people. The portions were large and nobody went hungry! The cheese tart and the beef were particularly popular options. Guests were offered extra gravy which they commented on as a nice (Northern!) touch. The Winter Gardens is lovely for the evening reception – it has its own bar and plenty of room for dancing, with the option to go outside to cool off. The evening buffet was extremely generously sized sandwiches and chips, which were great quality - if you had any room left after the wedding breakfast. Lots of our guests have commented on how beautiful the venue was and on how fun the day itself was - I think this is in large part thanks to the communicative and experienced staff who give such calm and reassurance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beamish Hall.

From start to finish, the Beamish Wedding team were superb. No question was too silly, no request was too much. They replied to my many emails immediately. The team are super friendly and helped make our wedding the day what it was. The food, the rooms, the grounds and the staff are amazing. If I could do it all again, I would do. Amazing venue, guests had nothing but good things to say. The overall environment and feel of the space was amazing and they made our night feel special. Each member of staff was attentive, listened to us and provided great service even with the busy time of year. Recommendations for improvements would be providing a better place to get ready at the venue, with the rooms not having storage i.e. hang space for the dress. Made getting ready a bit awkward.

We had our wedding at Beamish Hall on 2nd September and it was the most perfect day! The venue is absolutely stunning. All the staff were incredible leading up to the wedding, and on the day. Everything was just perfect, the bridal suite was pure luxury, the food was amazing, the grounds for the photos were impeccable and all staff provided a 5 star service. Our guests are saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to. We would recommend Beamish Hall to anyone. If you are looking for the most beautiful venue with first class service to host your dream wedding then this is it!
