Ceremony room or wedding gazebo hire, trial & on the day hair styling for the Bride or Groom, complete exclusivity of the Shelley suite, including a private bar, garden and terrace, beautiful handmade professional stationery (place cards, table plan, menus and table names), professional toastmaster, two reception drinks per person, four canapés per person, three course wedding breakfast plus coffee & petits fours, half bottle of wine per person, mineral water, a glass of rosé Champagne for the toasts, hire of a cake stand and knife, DJ & Disco and white LED dancefloor until midnight, bacon rolls and chunky chips or fish and chips for up to 80 guests, bridal suite on the evening of your wedding with breakfast the following morning, two luxury bedrooms for your chosen guests with breakfast the following morning and complimentary parking for the Bride & Groom whilst on honeymoon. The venue was perfect...
We chose Alexander House Hotel for our very small wedding - our every need was catered for - Anna was kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our day was special. The venue was perfect, staff attentive and helpful, food delicious and plentiful, spa was clean and inviting, treatments fantastic, room was luxurious and spacious (Treetops), and we have no hesitation in recommending that you consider Alexander House for your wedding. Everything at the hotel was just perfect!
I don’t even know how to put into words what an amazing day we had. Everything at the hotel was just perfect. Our guests all said what a beautiful location it was. We were so lucky with the weather as it just showed the hotel off beautifully. We are still buzzing from the day. Jessica the biggest thank you to you and your team who all helped to make our day truly memorable. You’ve been so patient with all our incessant questions. We will definitely be back next year for our anniversary 😀

If you find yourself getting too caught up in the planning, step back & remind yourself what your wedding is really about – you marrying the love of your life!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

At one of our Christmas weddings the bride & groom arranged a large Christmas tree decorated with pine cones. – the pine cones had each guest's name & table number on them. Guests had to find their name on the tree and then find their table.
