They come in hats and link together to create a bigger space. They are very pristine and glamorous looking structures. You can have clear panels on them to appreciate the stunning views and these can roll up to create a very open effect. You can create different shapes with these such as a L- Shape. Wooden flooring is an option. If you are wanting a rustic style with a space like this then this is possible to. At Alcott Weddings our selection of skilled caterers provide a wide variety of customers with exceptional food and high levels of catering service. We have a variety of preferred caterers we work with which means that we can cater for three course meals, pig roasts, BBQ’s, paellas, vegetarian and hot or cold buffets for any type of party, wedding or event. We can be completely flexible to make sure we meet your needs. We have caterers for a selection of cultural & dietary requirements. All of our caterers aim to work with the client to achieve the perfect menu for every budget. Their food is beautifully presented and every tiny detail is taken in order to provide a perfectly timed service. Our street food vendors are very popular especially the Bedford Fish & Chip van. Soooo tasty!

We couldn't ask for a better
We had our wedding night here on the 31st July 2021 and we couldn't ask for a better venue really nice people they really can't do enough for you they make you feel welcome like your apart of there family, it has amazing views of horses and sheep would really highly recommend having your wedding here. I would like to thank Lucy who took care of us with our venue couldn't ask for a better wedding planner her mom and dad are just amazing they make you feel really welcome and will do anything for you they really do go out there way for you and the lodge they have is amazing all the rooms are clean and tidy and really nice defiantly a 5star place and breakfast is beautiful. Thanks again to you Lucy and family we will definitely be coming back for a weekend away thank you for everything me and Samantha couldn't ask for better service. much love Aaron and Samantha

We couldn’t have picked a better venue!
We had our wedding at Alcott in July and we couldn’t have picked a better venue! We knew we wanted to have an outdoor feel to our wedding and after a tricky search for fields to rent we found Alcott farm and it was just perfect! Not only do you get a lovely venue: a big open space with a backdrop of rolling hills and a lake, which looks great all lit up in the evening, but also the knowledge and advice from Lucy. Lucy was so friendly, helpful and organised from the off. She has a selection of really great trusted suppliers, from marquees & tipis to catering, lighting & events which gave us choice that some venues don’t offer, so we were able to tailor our day to be exactly how we wanted it. We were also able to stay in some luxury bell tents on site on our wedding night, which made our day last that little bit longer. The onsite B&B is great too for family & friends to stay in, with a delicious breakfast the next morning! Thank you so much again Lucy for all your help from start to finish! We’re really pleased we chose Alcott!

I can’t recommend Alcott Weddings highly enough. When it turned out we couldn’t have the wedding we had planned due to Covid 19 restrictions, Lucy immediately put us at ease and made us feel so much better about the situation. Straight away she set about finding new date options, contacted most of our suppliers and coordinated everything, completely turning around what had been a very stressful situation. We are so glad we chose Alcott for our wedding, Lucy has been amazing and even though we can’t get married when we’d originally planned we know it will be perfect when the day comes!

A couples experience of a Covid-19 Postponement

Straight away she set about finding new date options, contacted most of our suppliers and coordinated everything, completely turning around what had been a very stressful situation. We are so glad we chose Alcott for our wedding, Lucy has been amazing and even though we can’t get married when we’d originally planned we know it will be perfect when the day comes!

Could not do enough for us!
From the start Lucy has been absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us! We were due to get married in August 2020 and due to the pandemic we couldn’t go ahead with the day we wanted and the numbers so chose to postpone. I called lucy to explain and she was so understanding and did everything she could for us to move our date to 2021. She contacted majority of the suppliers on our behalf and sorted new dates and paper work etc. It took all the stress out of the situation and made us feel 100% looked after. Fast forward to now and unfortunately we are in the same position again, Alcott has everything we want for our wedding and we want the day we planned and make full use of the venue and all the supplied so again due to the circumstances and family being stuck in Australia we made the tough decision to postpone and move our date to 2022. Lucy was amazing again and offered us the closest Saturday available to our current date for next year and got on to all the suppliers to rearrange our whole day (for the second time) I cannot wait to get married at Alcott and knowing lucy is on hand anytime for any questions or queries makes everything 100 times easier! We can now sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of and can get our excitement back!

Letitia & Patrick - A Covid Cancellation
We originally booked our 2020 wedding at Alcott which unfortunately couldn't go ahead due to Covid. Lucy is worth her weight in gold! She sorted out rearranging our date to 2021, keeping as cool and calm as ever. Our circumstances have since changed which lead to cancelling our booking altogether but again Lucy has been brill. Her communication is excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble, she coordinates suppliers seamlessly, and was so understanding to our decision to cancel. I have no doubt if everything would have gone to plan our day would have been perfect. Thank you for everything xx
