There was a young man (Spencer) in the Carriage House who served us and our guests on both the Saturday and Sunday - he went above and beyond, and the service was outstanding! Rachael was also phenomenal, and she was so accommodating with all our requests. We loved the views and the remote feeling that you get upon arrival - it’s so close to the city yet you feel a million miles away. We especially wanted to thank Spencer who did an incredible job, particularly given Racheal was originally planned to work this wedding. He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and we were impressed every part of the timeline for the day ran exactly to schedule. He was a friendly presence and he made the whole experience for us easy.We got so much feedback from guests about the high level of service, how amazing the food was, and just generally how beautiful the property is. The moment we stepped foot on site at our initial site visit, we fell in love with the place, the photos do not do it justice!!! It also has everything you could ever need for your wedding all in the one place, multiple ceremony/ reception spaces, accommodation, restaurant (the food is unreal), picturesque spaces for all of your photos and to top it off, the most wonderful, kind and accommodating staff.We got married at the beautiful Cleveland Estate in September.
