The Ceremony
- No matter the weather, we have multiple beautiful ceremony locations for you. Even our indoor ceremony/wet weather option will ensure a beautiful view of the vineyard still.
- The Barn: A rustic, character-filled setting with an open-front design that creates a seamless outdoor–indoor feel, ideal for a relaxed and atmospheric ceremony experience
- The Vines: A scenic outdoor ceremony location featuring a brick aisle framed by vineyards, offering a classic Yarra Valley backdrop with sweeping rows of vines and open countryside views
- The Vine Room: A temperature-controlled indoor space with high ceilings and expansive glass panels, providing a beautiful all-weather option with natural light and uninterrupted vineyard views

Is there Heating and Cooling?
We have plenty of heating and cooling to keep you warm in the cooler months & cool in the warmer months! We have a misting system to spray cool mist on those warmer summer days to! We also have a fireplace in the barn to keep you warm on arrival in the cooler months.
What is my standard package time?
You have a 6-hour venue hire that cannot go later than 11pm. You have a 5-hour drink package that cannot close later than 10.30pm. Example: 3-9pm, 4-10pm, 5-11pm. You may extend your venue hire and drink package to go for longer for additional costs. Please consider sunset times when planning your wedding day. For example, at the end of April, sunset is around 5.45pm so a 5pm ceremony would be concluding in the dark.
How does your sound system work?
We have an in-house directional sound system which includes two foldback speakers and x1 cordless microphone. We do not allow speakers to be bought into Acacia Ridge unless it is for the outdoor ceremony. Your DJ/Band must bring their own XLR cable & plug into our sound system.
Can we leave cars in the car park overnight?
We ask all quests to depart in a quiet & timely manner. Yes, cars can be left in the car park overnight, but we ask that all cars are collected by 11am the following day.
What time can the groom arrive?
The groom and his groomsmen are welcome to arrive 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. Guest arrival is 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. (There are additional costs involved if the groom would like to arrival any earlier than 45 minutes)
Do you have on-site accommodation?
No we don't, but we have plenty of wonderful accommodation options close by!
Do you allow dogs or pets are the venue?
Your fur babies are most welcome at Acacia Ridge; however, they are required to be picked up and taken off site after your ceremony please!
Can I choose my own vendors?
Yes of course! We just require all vendors to be a registered business & supply us with a copy of their public liability insurance certificate please!
Do you have an indoor ceremony option in case of wet weather?
We do! And our indoor ceremony area has the beautiful views of the Great Dividing Range looking over the vineyards just like the outdoor ceremony area.
Can we bring our own spirits?
You can! Our RSA bar staff will serve your spirits to your guests are no extra charge during your allocated drink package timing.
